(B/R PORTION) Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar and removing the debris from MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Brickwork with fl yash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4) & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 3% finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. ( Note -W.P.C. shall be measured and paid separetly . )

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over alkali resistant primer after applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on walls, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and soffit of chajja, roof slab etc by cleaning, brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper putty blade/scraper as applicable to make the surface free from protrutions, loose particles, dust etc including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt headgear etc, finishing the surface with 1mm thick exterior wall putty for smooth finish and finishing with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length and necessary scaffolding for upto 4 storey building height complete all as specified

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, wooden flooring of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified.
