Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tipper, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. The rate includes all aspects as per applicable to make embankment 12m wide, width may very at curves patries. including quantity for filling of drain type trenches along the base of road embankment as they were duged for making embankment previously.embankment width 12m side slope 1:2 Machenically Compacted.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, from approved query spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm usingmannual means .

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrosatatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compation as per MoRT& H Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects.

Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 per cent of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause 519.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. Per Sqm. On the prepared bitumesious/granular surface.

Earth Work in ordinary soil in makin patries on either side of the road earthwork in patries to be done in 20 cm layer including ramming and dressing the surface to required lavel and true to patri template with side slope of 1:2. (Mechanically Compacted)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift 1.5mt and lead up to 30M and including filling, filling, watering, ramming of excavation earth and also complete with all respect.

Concrete with 4cm gauge brick ballast Coarse sand and cement in proportion (10:5:1) in foundation and under pipes including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for propr completion of the work as per S.L. 274

150 Class B/W in (1:4) cement and fine sand 1.25 finess modelus in error in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete as per S.L.No. 305

Supply of 900 mm NP3 Hume Pipe and its coller including cartage etc. complete.

Layaing of 900mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe in proper posistion and joining them with coller and filling of jute and cement mortar in 1:2 cement and sand complete.

Rulled Pointing with cement mortal (1:2) consisting one part of cement and two part of fine sand including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc complete as per S.L.No. 574

Making coping at the top end of parapet of culvert in 1:2:4 Cement and C. sand and stone grit as cost of cement concrete indoor sills shoukhat, boundary parts etc. as per S.L.No. 279(1b)

Providing & Laying of Brick bats upto Half depth arround pipes as per Sl. No.-2 Material & S.L.- 255

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loame, clay or sand including lift upto 1.50 in & lead upto 30 m Including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or upto the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches. S.I. 251

Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge stone gritt. Approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 insluding supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for poper completion of the work. S.I. 280

Providing plain/ Reinforced Cement Concrete in U-Tpye Drain as per Drawing and Technical Specifications S.I. 283

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforeed concretc or reinforeed brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of ass steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks.
