Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay, cable, pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning under floor, for laying cables with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement.

Supply and laying common burnt clay bricks, old size, sub class 'B', laying in trenches for protection of under ground cable, laid flat, length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified.

Supply and laying, in replacement, GI steel tubing, 50mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall, for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor, Size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 07.00 here-in-before but size of cable10 Sqmm 2 core.

Supply and fix 90 Watt, LED light fitting, made of pressure die cast aluminium alloy for housing heat sink for effective thermal management, corrosion resistant, dust & vermn proof with IP 66 and IK 07 protection, epoxy powder coated, tempered proof toughened glass, lume efficacy of greater than 110 lumen/watt with PC lens for ensuring uniform distribution of light overall system, lumen sholud be greater than 9000, operating voltage 110-300 volts with inbuilt SPD protection of 5 KV, power factor minimum 0.95 ambient, working temperature (-) 10 to 50˚, short circuit & over voltage protection, phase to phase protection, accreditation LAB, CRI minimum 70, CCT between 5000 to 5700 K, estimated life span minimum 50,000 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Pre-despatch factory inspection of LED lights shall be done by the representative of Accepting Officer. The contractor shall first got the make approved from GE and intimate the date of factory inspection to GE minimum 01 month in advance. All arrangement for factory inspectionshall be made by the contractor and expences on this account included in his quoted rates against this item. (ii) The contractor shall submit LM 79 & LM 80 reports from NABL and LED Chip manufacturer respectively. (iii) The contractor shall submit 05 years warranty of fittings towards ite performance and free replacement of defective parts.

Supply and fixing brackets 1.5 meter long, made out of galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm dia, light grade , suitable for LED street light fitting with nuts, bolts, washers etc inclusive of two coats of silver paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, Junction Box, insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced, size not less than 200 X 160 X 98mm, environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive, rated for degree of Ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529, gasket material of polyurethane, internally embedded, conforming to the requirements of the standards; IEC 60998-1, IEC 60998-2-1, IEC 60670-22 & IEC 60670- 2-5 according to RAL 9011, impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 including 01-No Single Pole MCB 6A complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate for better safety. Supply and fixing street light distribution outdoor panel with canopy, single door, vertical type, made out of CRCA MS sheet, thickness not less than 3 mm, size of the panel not less than 600mm x 400mm x 200mm, height from GL atleast 300mm, surface insulated with material like polysofer or with epoxy powder coating, surface mounting, TPN 4 Way, 415 Volt with copper bus bar, rating 200 Amps for R, Y, B, N, dust and vermin proof, IP43-IK09 protection including MCCB 100 Amps, 16 KA, 4 Pole, including angle iron supports/legs of 35mm x 35mm x 5mm thick and foundation work (such as; (excavation & earth work, PCC 1:2:4, B-1) for embedding legs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, FRLS PVC sheathed copper conductor (flexible) multi stranded, copper conductor wire, 2.5 Sqmm, twin core complete, for drawing through pole, making connection to street light fitting provided on poles upto junction box including thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor wire 2.5 Sqmm, twin core complete for making connection to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of steel pole upto 9 Mtr long excluding planting depth and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels, street light brackets, cross arms, anti climbing devices and making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint 30 cm height of each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height of pole from PCC coping, writing pole numbers on round base of yellow colour dia 120mm, marking numbers with black colour, size of letter 70mm height using stencil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggrregate) as in foundation for poles, mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggrregate) as in foundation for stays and coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410, SP-22, (8.5 meter long) including preparation of surface and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels, street light brackets, cross arms, anti climbing devices, and making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint, each alternative strip 30 cm wide, upto 1.5 mtr height of pole, writing pole numbers as per existing practice, making round base of dia 120mm by using yellow colour and writing pole numbers on round base of yellow colour dia 120mm, marking numbers with black colour, size of letter 70mm height including taking out old unservicable pole complete all as specified and directed.
