SPL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE AT CMP CENTRE UNDER GE (S) BANGALORE.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wideand not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for laying CI pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layers not excluding 25 cms in any type of soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point all as directed.

Taking up/down unserviceable Pipe and connections any type & size above 50mm upto 150mm from the trenches or removal from walls, floors etc.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , spigot & socket type with rubber gasket of appropriate rating suitable for designed pipe pressure, Class “K-7”, 150 mm (6”) dia with all fittings and joints Complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , spigot & socket type with rubber gasket of appropriate rating suitable for designed pipe pressure, Class “K-7”, 100 mm (4”) dia with all fittings and joints Complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up/down unserviceable Pipe and connections any type & size upto 50mm from the trenches or removal from walls, floors etc.

Supply and lay pipe galvanised Medium class including fittings 50mm dia Complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and lay pipe galvanised Medium class including fittings 40mm dia Complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and lay pipe galvanised Medium class including fittings 25mm dia Complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and lay pipe galvanised Medium class including fittings 20mm dia Complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Breaking road, pavement, hard standing, including excavation of subbase, soil upto the depth of 0.60 mtr and width 0.45 mtr by mechanical means for laying of Pipe lines including making good to the disturbed surfaces matching with existing after laying of Pipe line including removal of surplus material to nearby dumping point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:(i) Any T&P required for work is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Tiles, cement concrete etc. required for making good is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for bends (any type radius and angle ) Tapers any type (straight , bend, increasing , decreasing or double socket etc ) Tee pieces single branch Y junction , double branch , cross (all sockets and spigot ) collars caps and plugs size up to 150mm for DI Pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Sluice valve 150 mm dia PN 1.6 rated Complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Sluice valve 100 mm dia PN 1.6 rated Complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 50mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 25mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of valve chamber 900x900x900 mm depth with PCC foundation in the ratio 1:4:8 brick work cement mortar in the ratio 1:6 using of class B bricks , PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm aggregate at the top , plastering 15 mm thick in the ratio 1:4 including MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm locking arrengement complete with painting on steel surface with two coatsof synthetic enameeled paint over one coat of red oxide paint all as specified and directed . (Earth work shall be measured and paid seperetely in the respective items)
