Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of copper wound step down Transformer, outdoor type floor mounted complete with standard fittings, HT, 11 KV, 3 phase, LT, 433 volts at no load, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC of capacity 630 KVA oil immeresed naturally cooled, oil natural, air natural (ON,AN) with external cooling fins, delta connected on HV side and star connected on LV side in accrodance with vector symbol DY-II with neutral brought out on secondary side and having taping in step of ± 2.5 %/ ± 5%, and ± 7.5% to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear arrangement . The transformer shall be IS 1180 Part 1:2014 (level-2) and BEE certified 5 star rated complete all as specified and shall be comprises of the following:-

(a) Cable end box on HT side suitable for 95 sqmm 3 core XLPE Cable (b) Cable end boxon LV side suitable for 500 sqmm 3.5 core XLPE cable. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehyderating breather with first fill dehyderating agent (Silica gel). (e) explosive vent (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) one no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celcius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer. (h) Two eathing terminals on tank cover to facilate fixing of 32 x 6 mm earth strip for earthing of neutral body. (i) Rating plate and terminal making plate. (j) Oil level gauge. (k) oil drain/ filter valve. (l) lifting lugs. (m) Oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connecting plate complete. (n) air release valve. (o) four plain solid cast steel deattachable rollers. (p) Extra bushing for neutral, outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for Neutral. (q) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS Marked.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 500 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix heat shrinkable End termination kits and accessories of Outdoor /indoor 500 Sqmm 3.5 core cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fabrication of rigidly welded construction, 4 ton Trailer ribbed bed mild steel Trailer 4 wheeled suitable for mounting transformer step down outdoor type complete with stranded fittings suitable for mounting transformer step down outdoor type complete with standard fittings.The Trailer should with stand outside exposure & will not be adversely affected by mechanical hazards like bump shock, vibration etc. The overall dimensions of the 4 wheeled Trailer is as under :-Length 4500-4790 mm Width 2100- 2500 mm Height - 910mm + 25 mm from Ground Tranformer and allied eqpts . The Trailer is designed to be towed by any load carrying vehicle. CHASSIS FRAME :- The chassis should be designed to accomadate 630 KVA step Down 11/433 KV Transformer & allied equipments. The frame shall consist. of heavy rolled steel channels & pressed channels are sparingly used for cross members. The floor/Platform shall be of 6 mm thick steel sheets.The Trailer should have two axles of 63/50 square barand fitted with for wheels having pneumatic tyres. Make MRF/Bridge stone/apollo. A rigid steel plate form along with four mudguard and supported on leaf spring suspension having 4 tonne capacity. A eyes hook is provided for coupling the trailer to the prime move vehicles stand 'T' reflector Axles and Suspension Front and rear axles are made of solid 63 mm square EN8 material and 50 mm sq. EN8 material respectively. Each of the four wheels are supported on two Tapper roller bearings on the axles. A removable type hub cap is screwed on the hub. Through these connections, it actuates the brake shoes in the rear wheels. An eccentric provided on the emergency brake operating lever permits adjustment to compensate for wear.

Draw Bar and steering arrangement:- The draw bare is "V" shapped frame with forged steel toying eye. Steering head is bolted to the chassis front cross member by high tensile bolts. Steering yoke is pivoted in the steering head by a steering bolt. Draw bar is connected to steering yoke. Steering rod is connecting steering lever and steering yoke through ball stud joints. Steering lever rod levers and ball stud joints. Steering arms LH and RH are pivoted on the axle blank through king pins.Spare Wheel Carrier The spare wheel with suitable storage arrangement is provided as per specification given below: Wheel Size 6.00 G - 16, 5 deg S DC Tyre 9.00 x 16/5 deg, 16 PRCC pattern (Cross Country pattern) 40 PSI for normal roads (c) System for free movement of tyres at 180 degrees in the toeing direction will be avoided with provision of mild steel plate, brushing, bearing system with additional channel frame and Complete with all other items required to make the trolley functional complete all as specified and as directed.
