Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, in soft / loose soil and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete(PCC) ( 1:3:6) Type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes , etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete(PCC) Type E2 1: 5 : 10 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Moorum/red bajri filling in floor or paving , laid in layer n exc 15cm thick , spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (spoil) exc 250m but n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone/ boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete(PCC) (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm thick Plain Cement Concrete(PCC) (1:5:10) Type E-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-base of floors complete all as specified and as directed

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and direceted.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on external fair faces of brick work, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe- 410-W ( Grade E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel,Beams, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, conforming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250), Quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers hexagonal or square and one nut, n exc 5cm long, diameter of neck 11 to 15mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based 0.50mm thick(AZ-150)corrugated steel sheet of any colour having minimum tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/ L or J type or cranked hook/ bolts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based 0.50mm thick(AZ-150) plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of iron/ steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.
