Supply installation testing & commissioning of High Mast shaft with all its accessories, the Mast shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized both internally and externally average coating of galvanization 65 micron or more suitable for wind velocity as per IS : 875 Pt. III . It shall also enclosed accessories for High Mast like head frame steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction) trailing double drum winch hot dip galvanize lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 9 nos. luminaries arrangement symmetrically reversibly type 3 ph single speed motor of 1 HP or more with mechanical tripping facility & GI lighting finial on the head frame separate handle for manual operation of winch with torque limiting device for safe locking of carriage flexible 2.5 sq mm EPR cable for connection hinged service door of size not less than (1200x 250 mm) in base section, base plate earthing terminal supply of foundation bolts top dia not less than 150mm base dia not less than 410 mm no. mm sec. over lapping 1.5 times the diameter at penetration , sheet thickness not less than 3 mm . base flange thickness not less than 25 mm no. of bolts 8 nos. M 30 dia x 850 length PCD 490 and suitable size anchor plate of thickness 8 mm or more.

The mast shall have an integral motorize power tool system installed inside the base compartment for its operation including designing and casting suitable size RCC foundation M25 grade for High mast as per manufacturers drawing adopting safe bearing capacity of soil at site including provision of 70 mm dia pipe for cable running and supplying and fixing of cubical outdoor type IP 65 feeder panel board , duly powder coated made from 2 mm thick made from CRCA sheet steel enclosure mounted on angle frame 750 mm long in CC foundation having 2 nos earth strips 3 nos holes for cable glands and comprising the following components in side. 1. 3 Pole Power Contactor 50A- 3 nos. 2. RCBO 300 MA 4 pole 63 A L&T 1 nos. 3. Timer - 3 nos. for operating Luminair in 3 groups 4. Rev.- forward switch -1 nos. 5. Toggle switch -! Nos. 6. Phase indicating Lamp 7. Connector 63 A TPN – 2 set Etc. complete as required.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of LED flood light fitting for 16 mtr. & 20 mtr. high mast shaft having wattage 300watt (Nominal) with >_ 120 lumens per watt color temp. 5700K +_ 500 K or other color temp. to be approved by engineer in charge. luminar maintenance L 70 at 50,000 hours voltage 110v-270 volts, 50 c/s LED driver efficiency >_ 90% PF >_ 0.95 surge protection > 10 KA THD < 10/, IP 66 IK(8-10) pressure dia cast aluminum body with high power LEDs with secondary lenses for wide angle distribution etc. complete as required.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of LED aviation obstruction light, on the lantern carriage of high mast shaft of high 16/20 mtr. comprising of aluminum housing with poly carbonate enclosure, 302 No LED with mounting rod, clamp nuts & bolts etc. complete as required.

Supplying of XLPE/PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armored Aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 Kv grade ISI marked etc. complete as required.

Laying of one no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 Kv grade of following size direct in ground i/c excavation, sand cushioning protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required (up to 35 sq. mm)

Laying of one no. PVC insulated & PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing trench RCC/HUME/ metal pipe complete as required.

Up to 35 sq. mm

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland & aluminum lugs for 3.5 x 25 sq. mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
