M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof surface for correcting/ making proper slope on roof, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Note- water proofing compound mix with this pcc as per direction of E-in -Charge and paid seperately under revelant Item)

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type BO (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs /benching or mud stops, rounded,chamfered on edges including necessary use and waste of from work etc all as specified and directed. (Note-water proofing compound mix with this pcc as per direction of E-in -Charge and paid seperately under revelant Item)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved make all as directed by E-in Charge. Make: Dr. FIXIT

M & L for preparation of surface of wall/Chajja and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151/Cemcrete acrylic polymer modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151/Cemcrete and two parts of cement by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including using integral water profing compound and surface finished even and fair complete all as specified including taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450 x300x 7 to 8mm thick and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/colour cement to match with the existing wall or vertical surface laid over & including 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and including dismantling of old floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm th in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of old floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for light shade vetrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick(square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile trength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down old asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coveringscomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of distempering oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces,prepartory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore steel water tubes "medium grade" galvanized with all fittigs such as bends, elbows tee etc and fixed to walls and ceiling in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore steel water tubes "medium grade" galvanized with all fittigs such as bends, elbows tee etc and fixed to walls and ceiling in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC water tank 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded ( cylindrical vertical with close Top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC water tank 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded ( cylindrical vertical with close Top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms) complete all as specified and directed.( Make : Prayag India).

S&F in repair for CP bib taps 15mm Chromium Plated cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof paint on surfaces of walls/roof complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered surface of wall and by washing rubbing down and scrapping whereever required and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provision of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below :- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed . (b) M & L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iitres/sqm. (d) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non oven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (e) M & L for two coats of aliuminium paint oo membrane surface all as specified and directed.

Ditto item No-21 as above but treatment on vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed
