Demolition of flexible / rigid pavement of any description and in any position by means of machanical method including cutting by machine of existing edges / boundary of any thickness not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.
Removing excavated material (PQC) exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for Dry lean concrete (DLC) of average thickness 150mm, M15 with minimum cement content of 250 kg per cum using 25mm graded stone aggregate or as per design mix, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical plate and pin vibrator complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excces quantity of cement than the minimum is use/ approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b):- DLC shall be as per MORTH specificationas detailed in particular specifications.
Supply and laying dry clean sand spreading, levelling in layers 10mm thick consolidated complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Sand for filling shall 1.18 mm single size and sand shall be pass 100% through 2.36mm sieve and shall be 100% retain on 600 micron sieve.
M & L for Polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness, virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 150mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for over lapping. (b):- Sand layer will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.
M&L for Pavment Quality cement concrete (PQC) work in pavemnt of flexural strength 44 kg/sqcm (lower control limit-LCL) in field using minimum 400kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with and including traingular/ Non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weigth of cement, spread and compacted including necessary form work, finishing by brooming / belting, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Construction joints / dummy joints (Contraction joints) and exponsion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (d) Cost of admixtures . fibers to maintain as required by design mix shall be paid as supply only here in after.
Supply only polyster non circular / trangular synthetic fibers 6/12 mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35micron design for melting point 240 - 260 degree celcius an having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.4 recon complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for applying synthetic resinboard aluminiged reflective curing compound with the help of use of chemical sprayer as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for forming construction joint, 24mm deep and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter ) provision of polyethylene backup sheet 12mm thick/backup rod of dia 25% more than width of joints, filled with polyethylene sealant (minimum depth of sealant above polythylene sheet shall be of 10mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF ±30% (with 10 years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spilage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The make of polyethylene rod shall be of brand " DURA board HD 100" manufactured by M/S Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here in before after (b) The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22 Kg/Cum and compression strength of 0.40 Kg /Sqm 25% greater than the joint width of white colour (c) Primer to be used before filling sealant (d) Edge shall be bevelled and jointed cut within 24 hours using diamond bit coutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete. The construction/dummy joint 1st out is to be done after 24 hours of casting, final cut within 72 hours of casting. Blade for cutting to be replaced after every 32 mtr of cut, complete all as specified
M&L for forming dummy joint, cutting 100mm deep with 3mm width as initial cutting and secondary cutting of 25mm deep from the top and 8mm wide using diamond cutter to accommodate polyethylene backup sheet 12mm thick/backup rod of dia 25% more than width of joints, filled with polyethylene sealant (minimum depth of sealant above polythylene sheet shall be of 10mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF ±30% (with 10 years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spilage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as specified and as directed. Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolition) in ground floors and pavings incl floor topping n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.
M&L RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab and the likes; including necessary formwork etc and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. Note : Reinforcement for cover slab will be paid under respective item separately.
M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking and hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.
