Manual Rescue and Operation Rescue of Two lifts from 0600 to 1400 and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs in two shifts operated by one operator per shift for both the lifts (one operator for two lifts per shift shall be employed) for continuous manning and operation on all days including holidays and during all type of weather/climatic conditions, providing rescue to the trapped person, maintaining the lifts and connected equipments and accessories including lift room in clean and tidy condition during the operation period and also Manning & Operation of Lifts in case of failure of commercial supply by running of DG Set installed within the vicinity meant for lift supply and Comprehensive maintenance for Both the Lifts: (Routine , preventive , breakdown) as per attached format (Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, qtrly, half yearly, yearly maintenance) and keeping the lifts and its connected equipments in servicable condition round the clock (on all days including holidays) and during all type of weather/climatic conditions for the undermentioned lifts of any type (geared or gearless, Auto or manual operated, with or without VVVF drive system, with or without ARD system etc) and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed, Location:- 08 passenger lift and 13 passanger lift, both the Lifts are serving Ground + 7 Upper Floors and installed at Vidhut Cheetah, B Camp, P-56.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable defective control panel and control wiring and S & F new control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compitable to 15.0 KW / 20.0 HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanised sheet trucking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with suitable size of standard copper cable etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down existing unserviceable ARD with 6 Nos 12 Volts, 24 AH batteries from machine room and S&F new Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) including relays, PCB cards/dioders card and 6 Nos. maintenance free sealed batteries of 12 volts, 24 AH complete all as specified and directed. Make Exide/Amron

Taking down existing unserviceble batteries from machine room and S & F new sealed maintenance free (SMF) batteries of 12 volts, 18 AH making necessary connections with and including copper lead to connect brass terminals of batteries etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
