Demolition of PCC in roof covering, kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, coved fillets etc excluding old decayed water proofing treatment of any type all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Demolition of old decayed WPT will be measured under item No 3 here in after.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope mixed with WPC @ 3% weight of cement complete.

Material and labour for applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray/brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 350% and tensile strength of 4.7 N/mm2 as per AST D412, crack bridging ability of 3mm. The system includes final base preparation, water based epoxy primer and applying Smart Care PU Magnum of Asian brand or equivalent brand of other manufracture as per appendix'B' in two coats to achieve a min. thickness of 1.2 mm, etc. complete as per Manufacture specifications and including dismantling of existing treatment completely.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block, Haunching/ benching of drains/coving/ sides of any type of tiles etc and similar work.

M & L GI tubing medium grade with all fitting 15 mm bore fixed to wall or concealed or fitted to ceiling or laid under floor incl taking down existing U/S pipe complete all as specified.

M & L GI tubing medium grade with all fitting 20 mm bore fixed to wall or concealed or fitted to ceiling or laid under floor incl taking down existing U/S pipe complete all as specified.

Dismentling of existing u/s water tanks exc 250 but not exc 500 ltrs capacity all as directed.

Dismentling of existing u/s water tanks exc 500 but not exc1000 ltrs capacity all as directed.

S&F in rotational moulded polythene water storage tank 3 layered (Cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position 500 ltrs capacity including connecting and refixing the GI pipe and fittings all as directed.

S&F in rotational moulded polythene water storage tank 3 layered (Cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position 1000 ltrs capacity including connecting and refixing the GI pipe and fittings all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 but not exc 500 ltrs and setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, incl cleaning and repairing, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 but not exc 1000 ltrs and setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, incl cleaning and repairing, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete as specified.

S & F in repair Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed to 15 mm bore pipe

M&L for cement plaster 1:4 of dubbing out average 20 mm thick on irregular face of walls (when specifically ordered in writing)

M & L G I Chicken wire mesh of 20 gauge as approved shall be used over junction of concrete and masonry or two disimilar materials about 150 mm wide fixed with GI wire nails, etc as directed by the EIC.

Dismantling of 75/100 mm dia PVC (SWR) Pipe or reinforced concrtee drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and including taking out existing u/s pipe fixed on wall, laid on floor etc , if required

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls for rain water etc complete.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore dia.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single y) equal or un equal.

Taking down cement plaster in small patches, junction of wall, beam etc of any discription in any position as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on any surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement height up to 10 Mtrs with scaffolding.

M&L 15 mm thick pointing in CM 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement height up to 10 Mtrs with scaffolding.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of anti-fungal exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer.

Demolition cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for providing circular,raised platform of hight 25 cm below the tank and base more than the external dia of tank for pvc cylendrical tank of capicity 500/1000 liters using pcc 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with smooth finish including necessary form work etc.
