Providing Anti-Termite Treatment to soil adjacent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 6313 part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below (Measurements taken for the plinth area for the purpose of payment) including breaking of termit mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges transport and storing etc., complete (The chemical should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)
Stage-1: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution for the foundation before laying concrete in bottom and sides of foundation.
Stage-2: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution to the grade beam level, spraying has to done for the grade beam, brick masonry contact with the back fill earth.
Stage-3: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution on the M-Sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. This treatment has to be carried out on the M-Sand filling by making holes with crow bar to a depth of 60 cms and at 60cms intervals on both.
Stage-4: Spraying anti-termite chemical solution alround building outside by making holes through bar before laying plinth protection and the holes to be closed after the treatment.
Brick partition walls of 10.80cm thickness using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 8-3/4” x 4-1/4” x 2-3/4” with class designation of 7.5 confoRming to IS 1077-1992 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Fully panelled steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x6mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work SOR 2023 - 2024 Sr.No.191
Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish partition with 63.50 x 38.10x 2 mm @ 1.127 Kg/m extruded box section at bottom vertical and horizontal members. The vertical members are spaced at 1.10 cm Centre to centre and the horizontal member is spaced at 1.85 m height. The bottom panels should be covered with 12 mm thick PLB exterior grade and the top panels should be fixed at 4mm thick glass with necessary Aluminium clips of size 17.27 x 17.15 x 1.40 mm @ 0.175 Kg/m and with required rubber beading etc., including necessary dismantling holes in RCC column,masonry wherever necessary with power drills to the extent required and made good the damaged portion in good condition after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. All the aluminium sections should be anodised not less than 15 microns as ISI specification1868/1962 / and should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use.
Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Medical Gas Copper Pipeline arrangement to hang on the wall of socket type connection installation of seamless cleaned and degreased non arsenical phosphorous gas copper pipe line with saddles complete with brazing work including all copper fitting (tee, elbow, reducer, coupling). Gas Outlet Points: (Self sealing type - Single / DIN outlet pipe) with ‘S’ type bracket made up of copper and the out let of non-interchangeable for other gas. Brass Isolation Valve suitable for the copper pipe and should be of non lubricated 90 degree turn lever ball valve of reputed make, conneced in line with medical gas pipe line system by using suitable size brass valve adopter union, ferrule, nipple, rubber “O’ ring, tapion lap and etc. All pipe line regulators shall be capable of controlling pipe line pressure and must compatible with the requirements specified in IS 12827-1989. All valves should be pneumatically tested for twice the working pressure for the gas line as per IS Code 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Sepecification.

The O2 manifold should with stand a pressure of 140 kg. / CM2. The installation is commissioned after testing as per standards and painted as per International Code and as directed by the Departmental Officers as per IS Code 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification.
Nitrous Oxide Manifold Arrangements of 2 banks x 3 cylinder each wing, with automatic control panel which includes contact gauge 2 Nos., outlet pressure gauge, brass heavy duty IOX regulator 2 Nos. with suitable adopter, flexible SS hose. Mainfold shall be of a construction and of a designs and material suitable for the service pressure in accordance with IS 1282-1989. Emergency alarams with illuminating display for low / high pipeline pressure and malfunctioning of system. 1) 2 x 3 cylinder Nitrus Oxide Manifold should be suitable with stand a pressure of 140 Kg. / Cm2 and above along with high pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end brass adapter suitable for Nitrous Oxide Cylinders and manifold. 2) Top frame comprising of high pressure copper pipes of size 12mm ID 1.5mm wall thick with high pressure brass fittings made of high tensile brass and connections through non-return valves, high pressure copper tail pipes made of high pressure copper pipe size of 7mm ID x 1.5mm thick. 3) The design of middle and bottom frames should be provided to fit both round and flat bottom cylinders safely with fitted heavy duty regulator. The Manifold should be tested at 3500 pig as per IS 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396 / 1987 Specification.
