Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in a Soft /looseSoil and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour fo repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 sqm area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in road,path etc cutting around edges at least 30mm in depth & making good by filling in ,screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm of VG-30 ,Grade paving bituminous binder,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of existing black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen at the rate of 5 kg / 10 sqm and M&L for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

Note1 : Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus side adopted. (b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only) (iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for making lines, dashes,arrows,letters etc exceeding 10 cm wide on bituminous/concrete surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area confirming to MOST & BIS specification, not less than 2.00 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine, as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surfaces i.e cleaning of surface by removing all dust,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- Shalimark of STP Ltd or M/S Kataline Infra Product Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE) (Note :- The rate included for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from wet paint cleaning road surfaces and working during odd hours when traffic is light.

M&L for Removing excavated soils exc 250M and n. exc. 1.5KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5M above the starting point etccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Birla 3M Cat Eye as (Road Stud) made of poly carbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retrolange on both sides of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with 3M bituminous adhesive BT-69 including removal of existing cate eyes of any description complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Dark Eye / of 3M/Sun Eyes)

S & F super delux quality solar stud aluminium body including solar powered by monocrystal solar panel one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargable battery apprx 1000mts LED -O10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of defferent colours ,back up 12 hrs of continuous lighting at night complete and specified as per manufacturers instructions. (Make- SUN EYEZ Road Safety Products /3M/ M/s Oscar road safety) (Note- Colour and design shall be approved by GE)

Demolition of brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash brick sub class B bricks using modular size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed .

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 in two layers (10mm under layer and 5mm finishing layer) on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified incl mixing with water proofing compound (Both layers) (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggraegate as in foundation ,mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast interlocking paver block (glossy finished) I shape and size as approved by GE conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment dry & joints filled with fine sand laid over 50mm (average thick dust sand cushioning, filling of joints lain in any pattern as directed by Engg in charge including packing of sides by cement concrete finishing surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Sand cushionong shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

M&L for sand cushioning for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M & L for moorum / Red bajri filling in floor or pavings, , laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed.
