Note :- For execution of item from Srl No. 1 to 8 above Agency should deploy minimum of 04 Nos Safaiwala and 01 Nos Supervisors on all days of the month/year during the contract period including Sunday and Holidays so as to complaints are attended promptly within 02 hours so that health and life of troops and their families is not adversly affected. The contractor shall take immediate action to attend any complaint assigned to him through site order book/verbal instructions from Engineer-in-charge or on telephones, MES call centres/IVRS from occupants. In all cases he shall attend the complaints in the specified duration. Penalty for non attending Complaints:- (a) Complaint pending 3-24 hours-500 Rupees per complaint.

M & L for Non skid 600x600x8 to 10mm thick coloured ceramic tiles(joint less) as in floor over hacking surface of existing floor on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including pointing in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including cutting of existing door shutter at required height. complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm stone graded agg) as in louversand jallies 40mm thick designed as fort pattern (measured solid) including all moulding but exceeding frame and set in CM1:4 incl dismantling of same all as per sample shown and directed by engineer-in -charge.

S&F precast RCC coping/post of size 600x100x50 mm suitable for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally including necessary moulds and grooves as required in shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of building service tanks PVC n exc 500 lites capacity situated at various places through machenical tank cleaning process by involving the following five (5) stages of cleaning process shall be carried out as given below :- (a) De-watering PVC tank through was out pipe completely. (b) Total removal of sludges by suction pumps completely. (c) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and floor by high pressure jet of 80-180 bar pressure & inspecting for craks if any completely. (d) Removal of addl sludge by industrial vacuum pump completely. (e) Antibacterial treatment of inside of tank to make it completer bacteria free and completely. Note :- 1. The entire work should be carried out ty TANKCLEAN process by any franceised or M/S TANKCLEAN (Pvt) Ltd or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology. 2 Entire T & P should be arranged by the contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at stipulated rate.

All as per above item No 54 above but PVC tank capacity exc 500 liters and not exc1000 ltrs.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dismantling of existing galvanized iron steel barbed wire / Chain link fencing shall be measured & paid for separately.

Dismantling old Chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 3.15mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm with straining bolts, binding and jointing complete, including necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in replacement surface ceiling mounted, LED down light fitting 12 watts with die cast aluminium housing and system wattage of 12W, system efficacy at luminary level ≥ 80 Lumens/watt, 50000 burning hours, 6500K color temperature with CRI >80, Power Factor > 0.90, Driver should meet IEC compliant for safety with multi stage high Isolate CC-CV operated driver with voltage variation range - 150 to 270 Volts AC, and surge protection of 2.5 KV, and including connecting up with PVC sheathed 3 core 1.5Sqmm copper conductor flexible wire fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
