Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part-4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall SS screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles/ With fully perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged / 10 mm thick square edged GRG false ceiling tiles as approved by EIC

Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position steel works in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and painting with two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, make and colour/ shade, using bolts, nuts as necessary all as per drawings and specifications at all heights. Providing and fixing at all height in all floor with all lead Seamless type M/F Suspended False Ceiling of INDIA GYPSUM/ GYPROC or equivalent using GI perimeter channel of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screws fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centres. Then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width mmx10mmx0.5mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion asteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction of perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 5\457mm centres. 12.5mm tapered edge gypboard (conforming to IS: 2095) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm dry wall screws at 230mm centres Screws fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally, the boards of 12.5mm thick gyp board are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of drywall topcoat suitable for gypboard including providing scaffolding and executing the work at all heights. (Please refer drawing for details and recommended practices of India Gypsum or equivalent). NOTE: For lighting fittings, grills diffuses and cut-outs etc., have to be made with the frame of perimeter channels of size 20mm x 27mm x 30mm x 0.55mm thick supported suitable and should be considered as per drawing.

Providing & Fixing rubber wood partition frame work usingA++ solid rubber wood section of size 65mm/100mm for frame work, 20*25mm triangular beading for fixing infil for the partition with necessary materials , tools, labour etc., the surface should be finished with PU polish with neccessary materilas etc., complete all as per specification, drawings and as directed by EIC

Providing & Fixing 25mm thick rubber wood panel for partition infill of required size, forming sunken groove of 5mm*5mm with necessary materials , tools, labour etc., the surface should be finished with PU polish with neccessary materilas etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by EIC

Providing, fabricating & Fixing Drawer unit made up of 18mm thick rubber wood board for outer panel and 12mm thick rubber wood board for sliding units with necessary materials, caster wheel, consealed handle, drawer sliding channels , tools, labour etc., the surface should be finished with PU polish with neccessary materilas etc., complete all as per specification, drawings and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel (SS-304) D- Handles of size 19 mmx300mm for the doors as per the manufactures specification and as directed by EIC etc complete.

Providing and fixing soft board made out of A++ solid rubber wood section of 35x35mm for alround frame and infill of 12+9+12mm thick . Board should be sandwitched with 12mm thick cellotex soft board with approved fabric wrap around without any wrinkles on both side and 9mm thick MDF board for fixing soft board on both sides.Complete all as per the manufactures specification and as directed by EIC etc complete.
