Anti-corrosiveCoating: Clean the rebars using the rust remover if there exists any rust, otherwiseclean the rebar freeof foreignmaterial.Mix thebaseandhardener of the anti corrosive coating like Nitozinc Primer of Fosroc or equivalent mechanically using as low speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle. Apply the mixed materials to the cleaned rebar at 45microns/ coat and total dry film thickness (DFT90) microns in 2 coats and allow it to dry complete. The rate shall include cost of equipments, plants, materials, sand, instrumentation, hiring of boat, catamaran, pontoon, labour and survey, fuel etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling doors, windows and ventilators etc., (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts and other attachments etc complete and stacking them within a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and fixing of Anodized Aluminium Door of various size (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) of 37.5 x 37.5mm Vertical and Door bottom rails using 67.5 x 37.5mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glass superior quality for top panel and with Novapan of 8 mm thick at bottom panel with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including using glazing clip, rubber beading for glazing and necessary screws, plugs etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing the old paint and rust from steel structure by manually using power tools/ hand tool, steel wire brush and sand paper and applying one coat of Rust-O-Cap self primer (DFT 100 microns ) over steel structure and one coat of Epoxy MIO for intermediate (DFT 100 microns) and two coats of polyurethane - Apcothane CF 675 paint ( DTF 35*2= 70 microns) of using different shades after scrapping the old paint, rust and throughly cleaning the steel surface etc., complete and as per the direction and satisfaction of the Departmental officers. The rate inclusive cost of all materials, labours and T&P etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Protective coatings for Environmental face using Dekguard S of Fosroc: Providing and applying a single component high build elastomeric, crack - bridging, resistant to CO2 and Chloride ion diffusion, UV resistant, breathable acrylic coating with elongation at break exceeding 200% using Dekguard S of Fosroc or equivalent material applied in two coats(Each coat 125 micron DFT) on acrylic based primer at an average thickness of 250 microns DFT in two coats including acrylic resin based primer as per recommendation of the manufacturers. Item rate is inclusive of the materials all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of Steel Truss of span 3m, Top, bottom and vertical member with 50 x 50 x 6mm M.S. Angle with joint plates of 16mm thick to connect with the existing column, necessary foundation bolts & nuts of required length. The rate including cost of 50 x 50 x 6mm M.S. Angle, M.S. Plates, welding rod, hire charges for welding machine, transportation charges from fabrication yard to work site, handling charges in both end for hosting, erection to the required height, fixing charges, including one coat primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Precoated metal sheet 0.45mm for Roofing with hot dipped galvanised prepainted steel sheet for roof of make TATA or equivalent including cost of metal sheet, conveyance, fixing the sheet with necessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing sheet etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
