REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF B/R REPAIRS TO SUB STATIONS, AC PLANT ROOM IN VARIOUS SHEDS AT X AREA AT AFS AMLA

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash brick 75 kg/cmsq compressive strength old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 but except brick complete all as specified and directed. Note: All type of bricks retrieved from item No 1 will be used.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness ,laid,bedded nd pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of weather shield/weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima Luxury emulsion of asian or equivalent of approved make by GE by skiled labour and applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless soray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI or using smart periodical methodology complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shade and pattern of the colour will be approved by GE

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 10mm thick backing coat in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
