GAS TURBINE SYSTEM & GAS BOOSTER COMPRESSOR MAINTENANCE Periodical Maintenance Works

Routine Maintenance of Gas Turbine and Auxiliaries Charges for general monitoring, routine checkup & visual inspection of Gas Turbine & LGB for any abnormal sound, vibration, temperature, gas/water/air and lube oil leaks and taking corrective action as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge. In GT Accessories Module (Lube oil skid and Gas skid) general monitoring, routine checkup & inspecting the Main Oil Pump(MOP), Auxillary Oil Pump (AOP), Emergency oil pump (EOP), Hydraulic oil pump (HOP), hydraulic manifold, Plate Heat Exchanger(PHE), 6 way transfer valve, oil pressure control valve, accumulator system pipe line & Gas Control Valves (GCV's) for any minor oil/gas/water leaks, taking corrective action & attending the leaks, upkeeping of all the above equipments & its housing by thorough external cleaning, Checking the lube oil tank level and topping up the lube oil (lube oil will be supplied by TNPGCL), including transporting the lube oil to site as per the direction of Engineer in- charge. General monitoring, routine checkup & inspecting the GT Exhaust bellows for any damage, leakage, providing operation assistance during online water washing of GT, inspection of water wash pump for any abnormal sound during operation & taking remedial measures, topping up of DM water in the water storage tank, as and when required by the operation, to carryout Online water washing of GT Compressor and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge. Attending Periodical maintenance works in the Inlet Air filter house & Air Processing unit of GT: Charges for periodical maintenance of GT Air Processing Unit (APU) & Inlet Air Filter House of GT for any abnormal sound. Checking the air processing unit for proper functioning of the unit, draining the moisture collected in the APU, checking & attending minor Air leak in the Air filter house, replacement of damaged Air flexible hoses for leak proof system to ensure proper compression and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Routine Maintenance of GT Ventilation, Blower, Cooling and Sealing Air Fans Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas Turbine ventilation fans, blowers and cooling and sealing air fans by thorough cleaning of the fan casings and the dampers, greasing the damper’s actuators and check for free operation of the standby dampers, Checking the tightness of bed bolts of all the above fans, Inspecting and up keeping of all cooling sealing air fans for proper functioning as per the direction of Engineer in-charge and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Operational Assistance for Routine Changeover of Equipment : Charges for providing operation assistance during change over of GT auxiliaries such as Gas Turbine compartment cooling fans, Exhaust frame air blower, gas skid cooling fans, load compartment cooling fans, DD seal air fan & GD seal air fan, checking of damper operation, vibration checks and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Routine Maintenance of Gas Conditioning Skid at GBC End Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas conditioning skid, visual inspection of gas leaks and general checks for the proper functioning of the system and attending minor corrective action as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in the Gas scrubber, Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank, Up keeping of the Gas scrubber, Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank by thorough external cleaning and keeping the system clean and tidy, Draining of condensates from the scrubber, and from various locations in the conditioning skid and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Attending Periodical maintenance works of Gas Booster Compressors: Charges for periodical maintenance of 2 Nos of 2 X 2BCL 408 BHEL make Gas Booster Compressors for visual inspection of gas, air, oil and water piping system for leaks and general checks for proper functioning of the system and attending the corrective action as per the direction of engineer in-charge, up keeping of the Twin oil Coolers, Duplex Filter housings, 8Nos of Gas Coolers, LP and HP compressor, gearbox, lube oil pumps by thorough external cleaning and keeping the floor, platform of the houses clean and tidy using necessary consumables, checking the oil level and topping up of the lube oil as required, climbing up and visual inspection of expansion oil tank and connected pipe lines for any leakages, and attending any other minor unforeseen works related to the mechanical maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Breakdown Maintenance Maintenance of Seal Air Fans and Exhaust/ Enclosure Fans Dismantling the outer cover and gasket. Coupling and decoupling Impeller/blower from motor Shaft and cleaning of fan housing. Inspecting the NRV for any damage, Reassembling the fan on motor shaft and closing the cover with new gasket in place. Removal of bearings of NRV flap, inspecting them for healthiness and replacing if necessary. (Bearings will be supplied by the Board.),providing necessary packing for the NRV flap, Packing grease and reassembling the NRV and attending any unforeseen mechanical breakdown works as directed by the Engineer in-charge. Inspection of GT Guillotine/Diverter Dampers and GD/DD Shut-off Valves This work involves GT Guillotine damper manhole door and Diverter damper manhole door open and visual inspection and manhole door closing work and manual opening and closing of GD & DD (or) Inspecting the DD seal air fan shut off valve or GD seal air fan change over valve, attending minor rectification work & normalizing as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Manual Operation of GT Diverter/Guillotine Damper During Auto Failure Charges for manual operation of Diverter Damper by enabling local mode & engaging the clutch lever & applying enormous manpower to rotate the manual hand lever to facilitate open/close of Diverter Damper in case of failure of auto operation of Diverter Damper as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Breakdown Maintenance of Mist Eliminator Break down maintenance of mist eliminator work comprises of dismantling of mist eliminator fan from motor shaft by using appropriate tools carefully, at a height of Approximately 3 metre, after the removal of fan cover and assessment of fan surfaces for any damage or loss of material, complete cleaning of blade surfaces with petrol or diesel, reassembling the fan blade with motor shaft, commissioning the mist eliminator and normalizing as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Breakdown Maintenance of Water Wash Skid Breakdown maintenance in GT water wash skid by attending water leak inside the water wash skid & associated pipelines by replacing the worn out gaskets or applying sealants/pastes etc, inspection of suction/discharge valves for proper functioning, replacement of valve, if necessary (or) decoupling the water wash/detergent pump from motor, checking pump internals, replacement of pump internal (spares will be supplied by TNPGCL), if necessary, and reassembling the pump, alignment checking & coupling with the motor & normalizing as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. Overhauling of GT Lube Oil Filters Disassembly of the lube oil filter, thorough cleaning of the filter shell internals(2 Nos), Replacing of the filter elements (12 Nos/set) by new ones, if necessary (New Filters will be supplied by the Board), complete reassembly and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Overhauling of GT Hydraulic Oil Filter Charges for Disassembly of the hydraulic Oil Filters, thorough cleaning of the filter shell internals (2 Nos), Replacing of the filter elements (1 No/set)by new ones , if necessary (New Filters will be supplied by the Board), complete reassembly and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Overhauling of GT Mist Eliminator Filters Charges for Disassembly of the Mist eliminator, draining the oil collected in the Mist eleminator tank, inspection of the the filters, Gaskets, cleaning of parts, replacing the filters (5Nos), Gaskets if necessary which will be supplied by the Board, complete assembly and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Minor Welding Works Charges for attending any minor weld defects in lube oil, air and water lines and support structures by welding, etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Startup Assistance for GT and GBC Systems Charges for providing starup assistance in Gas Turbine, Gas Booster Compressor and its auxillaries by attending water/oil/gas leak and Air vent releasing in Lube Oil Line and Checking for any abnormalities in the system during the startup as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Break down maintenance works in Air Processing unit & Air Filter House of GT: Break down maintenance work in Air processing Unit of GT by removing the fasteners and releasing the prefilters/ After filter cartridge thorough cleaning/replacement of filter cartridge, if necessary, (or) draining of old dessicants and replacing with new dessicant, (or) inspection/replacement of 3-way valve for proper functioning the APU as per the direction of Engineer in charge or attending minor repair works in GT Air Filter house by air leak arresting by welding/replacing the gaskets in Air pipeline as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. Overhauling of Gas Control Valve (Last chance) Filters of GT : Charges for Disassembly of the GT Gas Control valve Filters (6 Nos/set), thorough cleaning of the filter shell internals, Replacing of the filter elements by new ones , if necessary (New Filters will be supplied by the Board), complete reassembly and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Overhauling of Torque Converter Filter of GT: Charges for Disassembly of the torque converter Filters, thorough cleaning of the filter shell internals (2 Nos/set), Replacing of the filter elements by new ones , if necessary (New Filters will be supplied by the Board), complete reassembly and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Overhauling of lube oil duplex filter of Gas Booster Compressors 1 & 2: Charges for dismantling the Gas Booster Compressor I & II lube oil filters, drain the oil from the system, thorough cleaning of the filter and the filter elements replace the old filter element by new one, Which will be supplied by the Board. Assembling the filter, oil charging as per the direction of Engineer incharge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Overhauling of seal gas filter of Gas Booster Compressors 1 & 2: Charges for dismantling the Gas Booster Compressor seal gas filters, thorough cleaning of the filter casing and the filter element, replace the oil filter element by new one if neccessary, Which will be supplied by the Board. Reassembling the filter, External cleaning and checking the three way valve all complete as per the direction of Engineer incharge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Gas Turbinbe Centrifuge unit system. Routine check of the Centrifuge Unit for any abnormal sound, vibration & temperature, Oil leakages and attending the corrective action as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge.Up-keeping of the above equipments by thorough external cleaning and removing of dust and dirty oil, etc., centrifuge pump internal plates cleaning with diesel in three months once. Attending any minor leak in the pump & flanges, renewal of Mechanical Seal and any other minor unforeseen works related to the Mechanical Maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Gas Turbinbe Filteration unit system. Routine check of the Filtration Unit for any abnormal sound, vibration & temperature, Oil leakages and attending the corrective action as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge.Up-keeping of the above equipments by thorough external cleaning and removing of dust and dirty oil, etc., Attending any minor leak in the pump & flanges, renewal of Filtration unit filters, renewal of Mechanical Seal and any other minor unforeseen works related to the Mechanical Maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

GAS TURBINE AUXILLARIES Periodical Maintenance Works

Maintenance of Instrument Air Compressor System Charges for general monitoring, routine checkup, visual inspection and attending to the periodical maintenance of the Instrument Air (IA) system, Service air storage tank, including its dryer units, Instrument air storage tank, IA/PA cooling water system, inspection of associated pipelines, valves, and other components; addressing air, water or oil leaks; maintaining the lube oil levels of IA/PA compressors and their cooling water pumps (topping up as necessary - Lube oil will be supplied by Board); performing external cleaning of related equipment and auxiliaries; ensuring overall cleanliness and tidiness of the area; and attending to any minor defects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Maintenance of Process Air and Nitrogen Generation System Charges for attending to the periodical and routine maintenance of the Process Air system, including the Nitrogen generation system; checking the proper operation of angle seat valves, pressure control valves, and three-way tower changeover valves, maintaining Nitrogen purity as per site requirements, attending to minor instrument air and Nitrogen leaks and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the area, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Maintenance of Auxiliary Cooling Water System (ACW) Charges for attending to the periodical and routine maintenance of the Auxiliary Cooling Water (ACW) circulation system, including visual inspection of ACW circulation pumps for abnormal noise, temperature, mechanical seal/gland leaks, pipeline water leaks, valve packing leaks, and piping vibrations, along with general operational checks. The scope includes upkeep of the ACW makeup tank by maintaining appropriate tank levels, thorough external cleaning of the ACW pump to remove dust and oil residues, checking and topping up lube oil levels as necessary, all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Maintenace of Air Cooled Heat Exchanger system including Fans. Charges for attending to the periodical and routine maintenance of the Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger (ACHE) system, including heat exchanger bundles. The scope includes observation for abnormal noise, temperature, vibration, and leaks within the system; external cleaning of tube bundles and associated equipment; attending to minor leaks and defects; greasing of valves, alignment checking, renewal of grease in the bearings, checking the tightness of the bolt & nuts in ACHE system, checking the belt tension, if necessary replacement of belt and any other minor works related to Mechanical Maintenance of the system, in accordance with the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Breakdown Maintenance Overhauling of Inter Cooler / After Cooler (IA/PA) The breakdown maintenance of the Intercooler / Aftercooler in the IA/PA compressor involves disassembly of the cooler unit and removal of the tube nest from the shell. This is followed by thorough inspection, cleaning, and leak testing through hydraulic pressure testing. Renewal of O-rings and gaskets (to be provided by the Board) will be carried out as required. Upon completion, the unit will be reassembled and normalized under the supervision and as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Oil Replacement Work for IA/PA Compressor The lubrication oil replacement work for the IA/PA compressor includes draining the existing oil from the oil sump, followed by inspection and cleaning of the sump and filter element. If required, the filter element will be replaced (oil filter to be provided by the Board). The system will then be refilled with fresh lube oil and normalized as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Suction Air Filter Cleaning Work for IA/PA Compressor Disassembly of suction air filter of IA/PA Compressor, disassembly of suction pipe line from LP cylinder, inspection, thorough cleaning of suction air filter and suction pipe line, replacement of suction filter (suction filter will be supplied by the Board) if necessary, reassembling and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Suction and Discharge Valve Maintenance for IA/PA Compressor The maintenance work involves disassembly of the suction and discharge valve covers, as well as the valve plates of the LP or HP cylinder of the IA/PA compressor. This includes inspection and cleaning of the valve components, followed by renewal or rectification of the valve plate assemblies as required. The system will then be reassembled and normalized as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Emergency Breakdown Maintenance of IA/PA Compressors: This emergency breakdown maintenance pertains to IA/PA reciprocating compressors - specifically, Two stage horizontal Chicago models (HX 2T – 50N) with a Free Air Delivery (FAD) capacity of 650 m³/hr. The scope includes disassembly of LP and HP internal components such as cylinder suction and discharge valve plate assemblies, piston rods, piston rings, and wearing rings. This is followed by thorough inspection, cleaning, and rectification or replacement of defective parts, as required (O-rings, gaskets, and necessary spares will be supplied by the Board). Upon completion, reassembly and normalization of the system will be carried out as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Renewal of Piston Rings and Clearance Checking – IA/PA LP & HP Side This work involves the disassembly of the HP or LP cylinder outer cover, removal of the piston and pressure packing rings, followed by cleaning and renewal of the pressure packing rings. The piston is then reassembled, piston clearances are adjusted, and the cylinder outer cover is reinstalled. Final normalization of the system will be carried out as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

IA/PA NRV Servicing Work The scope of work includes disassembly of the 100NB Non-Return Valve (NRV) located in the discharge air line of the compressor. This is followed by inspection, thorough cleaning, lapping, and blue matching of valve components. Upon completion, the valve will be reassembled and the system normalized as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

IA/PA LP & HP Side Water Jacket Cleaning Work This work involves disassembly of the LP or HP water jacket inspection covers of the IA/PA compressor, followed by inspection and cleaning of the water jacket sump. Gasket packing will be renewed as required. The components will then be reassembled, and the system normalized as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Air Dryer Unit (IA/PA) Servicing Work The breakdown maintenance work includes disassembly of the inspection cover of the Instrument Air Dryer unit’s activated alumina tower, removal and replacement of activated alumina, and thorough cleaning of the internals before refilling with new activated alumina. Additionally, the pre-filter and after-filter will be disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and reassembled using filters supplied by the Board. The purge control valve and changeover valve will also be disassembled, cleaned, and serviced. Finally, the operation of the Instrument Air Dryer unit will be normalized as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Breakdown Maintenance of PSA System The breakdown maintenance work includes disassembly of the inspection cover of the Process Air Nitrogen Gas Unit’s carbon molecular sieve tower, removal of carbon molecular sieves, cleaning of internals, and refilling with new carbon molecular sieves if necessary, followed by closing the inspection cover. Additionally, the pre-filter will be disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and reassembled using filters supplied by the Board. The pressure control valve and changeover valve will also be disassembled, cleaned, and serviced. Finally, the operation of the Process Air Nitrogen Gas Unit will be normalized as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

IA/PA Lube Oil Tank Cleaning & Gear Pump Inspection Work This work involves the disassembly of the lube oil gear pump of the IA/PA compressor, followed by inspection and thorough cleaning. Removal and replacement of worn or damaged spares will be carried out if necessary. The gear pump will then be reassembled, and the system normalized as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Decoupling and coupling for motors in IA / PA compressor / CCW pump: Breakdown maintenance includes decoupling the motors of the IA/PA compressor and CCW pump by removing the fasteners from the motor bed and belt, followed by removal of the coupling and pulley. Replacement of the coupling, bush, or pulley will be carried out if necessary. After completion of the required work, alignment checking and coupling of the motors will be performed to facilitate electrical maintenance activities such as motor rewinding, bearing replacement, or motor replacement by the electrical maintenance wing. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Maintenance of IA/PA Compressor Cooling Towers and Fins Cleaning. General Monitoring, Routine check-up, General cleaning for up-keeping the equipments, corrective actions as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, greasing of valves, cleaning the fan blades, adjusting the fan belt tension, changing the belt, alignment correction, if required, topping up of lub oil for bearing and any other minor works related to the Mechanical Maintenance of the system. IA/PA Cooling Towers Fins cleaning. Complete dismantling, cleaning & assembling of corrugated cooling sheets of IA/PA Cooling Towers. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

STEAM TURBINE Periodical Maintenance

STG Oil Pump – Periodical Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of STG Oil Pump such as Emergency Oil Pumps, jack oil pumps, OVEFS, centrifuge, arresting of oil leaks etc., and carrying out regular maintenance works like external cleaning, checking and topping up of oil level in pumps, MOT through centrifuge, cleaning of cooling water line, cleaning of oil centrifuge, collection of oil leakages if any and topping up through centrifuge, arresting of gland leaks, easing the valve operation etc., wherever necessary, as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

STG Governing System – Periodical Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of LO cooler, LO filters, Governing system, Emergency stop valves, Control valves and carrying out regular maintenance works like arresting of oil leaks in flanges and valve glands by tightening the glands and replacing of gaskets if required, applying grease wherever necessary, external cleaning of governing system and turbine body and its accessories as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Hotwell sump, Flash Tanks & Waste Oil Sump – Periodical Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of Hot well sump and STG flash tank, STG waste oil sump pumps, cleaning and keeping the area clean and tidy, attending any defects like manhole leaks, flange leaks etc. by tightening the flanges or by changing the gasket, applying grease to all hand operated valves and easing the operation of the valves as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Welding Works in Steam & Water Lines – Up to 100 mm Joint Charges for welding joints upto 100mm per joint in steam & water lines and support structures by welding including removal of the insulation, refixing the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Steam Turbine & Auxiliaries – Periodical Inspection Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of the Steam Turbine and its auxilaries, HP/IP/LP Bypass station and observe for any gland/bonnet leaks in various valves and rectify the defect by removal of the old gland packing/gasket and replacing new one, lubricating of the valves and easing the valve operation as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Steam Turbine Start-up Assistance Charges for start up work in Steam Tubine (ST) and its auxiliaries, maintenance assistance for valve operations and to attend water/ steam/ oil leak during start up as per the direction of Engineer - in-charge. Hot Well Drain Pumps, Gland Steam Condenser & Exhaust Fans – Periodical Inspection Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of Hot well drain pumps, Gland steam condenser and gland steam exhaust fans and carrying out regular maintenance works like external cleaning,cleaning and replacement of strainers, checking and topping up of oil for bearings, coupling check and attending valve gland leaks, flange leaks etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

STG Lube Oil System – Strainers & Filters Maintenance Charges for cleaning and replacement of strainers and filters in STG lub oil system (Governing system filter, control oil filter and JOP filter) etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. High Pressure Welding – Steam/Water Lines Up to 100 mm Charges for welding joints upto 100mm diameter steam/water lines using High Pressure Welder including removal of the insulation, refixing the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Condensate Extraction Pumps (CEPs) – Periodical Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of CEP's and carrying out regular maintenance work like external cleaning, arresting of gland leaks in the system valves, checking of oil level easing valve operation and replacement of gaskets if any etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Vacuum Pump System – Periodical Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of Vacuum pump's includes ACW pump cooling towers and connected line etc., and carrying out regular maintenance works like external of cooling water line arresting of gland leaks etc., wherever necessary as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Periodical Maintenance of 35/5 Ton EOT Crane Operation and Periodical Maintenance of EOT Crane capacity of 35/5 Ton Inspection for any abnormality, Regular Operation check-up (LT, CT, AH, MH). Checking of oil level in the LT, CT, AH,MH gearboxes, thruster brakes and topping up. Minor adjustments of brake shoes in thrusters, greasing and external cleaning of 35/5 TON EOT crane as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Periodical Maintenance of 15 Ton EOT Crane Operation and Periodical Maintenance of EOT Crane capacity of 15 Ton Inspection for any abnormality, Regular Operation check-up (LT, CT, AH, MH). Checking of oil level in the LT, CT, AH,MH gearboxes, thruster brakes and topping up. Minor adjustments of brake shoes in thrusters, greasing and external cleaning of 15 TON EOT crane as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Periodical Maintenance of 5 Ton EOT Crane Operation and Periodical Maintenance of EOT Crane capacity of 5 Ton Inspection for any abnormality, Regular Operation check-up (LT, CT, AH, MH). Checking of oil level in the LT, CT, AH,MH gearboxes, thruster brakes and topping up. Minor adjustments of brake shoes in thrusters, greasing and external cleaning of 35/5 TON EOT crane as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

General cleaning, checking the diesel level in tank, checking & topping the lube oil if necessary,cleaning or replacing the oil & air filters, replacing of belts and checking coolant level in radiator and other auxiliaries.

Breakdown Maintenance STG Turning Gear Manual Operation During Failure Opening of STG Turning gear inspection cover, applying manual hand lever during STG Turning gear failure period, Resuming auto operation of STG Turning gear, closing of inspection cover as per the direction of Engineeer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

STG Lub oil Centrifuge inspection and bowl cleaning Charges for opening the collecting cover, unscrewing the lock rings using special tools, lifting off of gravity disc, disc stack and distributor, lifting out bowl body, disconnecting piping connections removing the outlet parts, soaking and cleaning of all parts thoroughly. Removing the outlet housing separator bowl. Removing the pump assembly, inspecting the bushings and wear of seals, replacing them with new one supplied by the Board. Dismantling of worm and worm wheel and for inspection, replacing of components supplied by the Board. Cleaning of oil sump. Dismantling the horizontal driving device, replacing worm shaft if damaged. Worm shaft will be supplied by the Board. Removal of pads on the friction blocks. Pads will be supplied by the Board. Reassembling the drives, connecting pipings, gravity disc, bowl, collecting cover and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer – in – charge. LPT Atmospheric Relief Diaphragm Maintenance: Charges for removal of LPT atomospheric relief diaphragm assembly from LP casing of the steam turbine, dismantling the diaphragm, replacement of lead sheet and gaskets, reassembly and installation, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATOR Periodical Maintenance

Phosphate Dosing & Drain Pit Pump – Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HRSG Phosphate dosing pumps and HRSG drain pit pumps, to carry out cleaning and minor rectification works like arresting of gland leaks in pumps, renewal of gland packing, if necessary, topping up of oil, adjusting of stroke length, lubricating of bearings etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

HRSG Drum, Steam & Vent System – Inspection Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HRSG HP/IP/LP drum system, HP/IP/LP vent system, safety valves, HP/IP/LP main steam system, connected pipelines and valves etc., observe for any water/steam leaks and rectify the minor defects by tightening of gland/removal of gland packings and replacing by new one, lubricating of valves, easying the valve operation and renewal of gaskets as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. HRSG Feed Control, Blowdown & Spray Stations – Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HRSG HP/IP/LP Feed control Station, HP/IP/LP blowdown system, HP spray control station, connected pipelines and valves etc., observe for any water/steam leaks and rectify the minor defects by tightening of gland/removal of gland packings and replacing by new one, lubricating of valves, easying the valve operation and renewal of gaskets, HRSG manhole door inspection and attending minor leaks as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Boiler Feed Pumps (HP & IP/LP) – Inspection & Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HP/IP/LP Boiler feed pumps (6 Nos of pumps), all connected pipes and valves in suction & discharge side and to carry out regular maintenance work like external cleaning, checking and topping up of oil for bearings, cleaning of mechanical seal cooler, suction strainers, arresting of flange leaks, gland leak in valves & renewal of gland packings if required cleaning of cooling water line, applying grease in valve & easing the operation of valves wherever necessary as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. Deaerator, Feed Tank, Plate Heat Exchanger & Accessories – Inspection & Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of Deaerator, Feed Tank, Plate heat Exchanger and connected pipes and valves and carrying out regular maintenance work like external cleaning, arresting of flange leaks, changing of gaskets, gland leak in valves & renewal of gland packing if required, applying grease in valve & easing the operation of valve wherever necessary as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. HRSG Drain System & Associated Equipment – Inspection & Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HRSG drain system, flash tanks, IBD and CBD tanks, connected pipelines and valves etc., observe for any water/steam leaks and rectify the minor defects by tightening of gland/removal of gland packings and replacing by new one, lubricating of valves, easying the valve operation and renewal of gaskets as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Welding Works – Steam & Water Lines (Up to 100 mm Diameter) Charges for welding joints upto (100 mm Dia) in steam & water lines and support structures by welding including removal of the insulation, refixing of the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

High Pressure Welding Works – Up to 100 mm Diameter Charges for welding joints upto 100mm diameter steam / water lines using High Pressure Welder including removal of the insulation, refixing of the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Hydrazine Dosing Pump – Periodical Maintenance Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of hydrazine dosing pumps and its auxiliary piping, flanges & tank agitator for carrying out cleaning and rectification works like, attending flange leak & valve gland leaks in the dozing system, arresting of gland leaks in pumps, renewal of gland packing, if neccessary, topping up of oil, adjusting of sroke lenth, lubricating of bearings, etc., as per direction of Engineer -in- charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Breakdown Maintenance Cleaning of HRSG areas by service air, cleaning of hand rails, buck stays, supporting structures and cleaning of pipe hanger supports.

Charges for providing assistance during Hydraulic Test of the boiler (HP, IP & LP), including gagging of safety valves, locking of spring hangers, operations of air vents and drain valves, raising the pressure to the hydraulic test pressure, conducting preliminary hydraulic test, inspection for leak and rectification, conducting official hydraulic test and restoration works after hydraulic test as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for opening of all manhole doors, inside cleaning of HRSG, replacement of asbestos rope & insulation materials for the man hole doors and closing the manhole doors, Inspection of insulation, Checking baffle plates, checking hanger and spring supports, checking pipe supports.

DM PLANT MAINTENANCE

Periodical Maintenance Periodic Inspection of Pumps Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of all types of Vertical / Horizontal pumps in DM Plant and other sump pumps etc., observe for any gland leaks, rectify the same by gland tightening or changing of gland packing, lubricating of bearings, cleaning of strainer, keeping the area neat and tidy etc.as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Periodic Inspection of Air Blowers Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of Air Blowers in DM plant area, external cleaning of the same, keeping them neat and tidy and attending to minor repairs including decoupling of the Blowers, coupling of the same after works, lubricating of bearings, topping up of oil, Alignment works etc as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Periodic Inspection of De-gassing Tower & Chemical Storage Area Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of De-gassing tower, air blowers of De-gassing tower, caustic lye and HCL storage tank etc., for any defects, external cleaning of the same, keeping the area neat and tidy and carrying out regular maintenance works including minor repair etc as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Periodic Inspection of Chemical Dosing Pumps Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of all types of electronic dosing pumps in DM plant area ,and carrying out rectification of minor defects,cleaning the pumps,arresting of leaks in suction discharge line hoses,checking of dosing, keeping the area neat and tidy etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Routine Maintenance of Acid & Lye Dilution/Measuring Tanks Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of Acid and Lye dilution / measuring tank for SAC,SBA & mixed bed, keeping the area neat & tidy and attending to any minor defects etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Regular Maintenance of Valves in DM Plant Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of all types of valves in D.M. Plant including minor repairs like replacement of stud, stem, diaphragms, actuator bush including replacement of new valves, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Regular Maintenance of Pipelines in DM Plant Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of pipelines of all sizes in DM plant area, such as attending flange leaks, pipelines leaks changing of gasket etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Visual Inspection & Maintenance of Filters Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of the dual media filter / activated carbon filter / lime stone filter / keeping the area neat & tidy, carrying out regular maintenance work like attending to any flange leaks in the tank, view glass, manholes, valves etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rectification of Minor Welding Defects Charges for minor welding defects in pipe lines and support structures by welding as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Renewal of Damaged HDPE Pipeline (Up to 100 mm) Charges for removing the damaged HDPE pipeline and renewal of pipelines and fitting like stub end, flange and bend etc., and welding HDPE joint by special technique upto 100 NB size as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Walk-Down & Inspection of Sludge and Waste Water Pumps Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of sludge pumps, waste water area pumps, obseve for any abnormal sounds, leak and rectify the same by cleaning the suction strainers, lubricating of bearings, greasing, keeping the area neat and tidy as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Loading/ Unloading of Chlorine cylinder Charges for Assistance for Loading / Unloading of Chlorine cylinder to Chlorination plant, changing of cylinder and connecting in the system etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Maintenance of Chlorination plant Charges for condition monitoring, inspection of Chlorination plant system including chlorinator system, chlorination water booster pump, blower etc., external cleaning of the same, keeping them neat and tidy and attending to minor repairs including arresting of leaks, renewal of gaskets, releasing of line chocking etc as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Unloading of Acid and Caustic Charges for receiving the acid and caustic lye lorry connecting the hose, Unloading the chemicals from the lorry to the storage tank and restoration of the same after unloading the chemicals, flushing of the pump etc as per the direction of Engineer - in-Charge. Breakdown Maintenance Regular maintenance such as external cleaning of Hydrochloric acid tank and Caustic soda storage tank including minor repair etc.,

charges for condition and monitoring and regular maintanance of steam and water analysis system (SWAS) such as cleaning , repalced the damaged flexible hoses, arresting of valve gland leaks.

Overhauling of vertical sump pumps. Dismantling of pumps, leading and lifting pumps from the sump, clean the dismantled components, replace the worn out parts, assembling and trail run,etc.,

Removable of sludges and cleaning of Neutralization pit. This works involves, complete dewatering of Neutralization pit, heap the sludges in the pit, leading & lifting to the Ground level, excavation of earth for dumping of sludges, refilling with excavated earth, cleaning the N-pit completely, etc.,

Overhauling of Dual Media Filter/ACF Charges for isolation of bed, opening of manhole door and disconnection of pipe lines provding temporary platform. for removal of filter media such as Anthracite,sand and supporting media such as gravels, pebbles etc., disassembly of deflectors (Inlet distribution system),cleaning of strainers (Outlet distribution system), inspection, cleaning the internals, and after recharging of filter bed, connecting the pipe lines, closing the manhole door, normalising the operation of the bed etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Overhauling , checking and cleaning of PP strainers with nozzles in Mixed bed (MB). For Overhauling, work includes opening of top & bottom man hole doors, dismantle the bottom drain lines, complete removal of resins, checking & replace the defective PP strainers with nozzles if any, assemble all the dismantled parts, filling the Cation resins, etc., (Cation resins and new PP strainers will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost).

Overhauling , checking and cleaning of PP strainers with nozzles in strong acid cation (SAC)/strong base anion (SBA). For Overhauling, work includes opening of top & bottom man hole doors, dismantle the bottom drain lines, complete removal of resins, checking & replace the defective PP strainers with nozzles if any, assemble all the dismantled parts, filling the Cation resins, etc., (Cation resins and new PP strainers will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost).

Periodic Maintenance of Ventilation Blower (Cable Spreader Room) Charges for Periodical inspection of ventilation blower of cable spreader room for attending minor defects and adjustment of belt tension / replacement of belts in the Blower, replacement of worn out parts, assembling of the blowers alignment of the blower with motor, greasing and normalizing etc, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Inspection and maintenance of 71 TR AC duct Charges for checking and cleaning AC plant inlet and outlet ducts including checking damper operation, lubrication in the 71TR Switch yard AC package unit as per the direction of Engineer incharge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Preventive Maintenance of Cooling Towers of A/c Compressors:- Details of Equipments: Cooling Tower of A/c Compressor : 2 Nos. Walk around the Cooling Towers of A/c Compressors for visual inspection of air and water piping system for leaks, looseness of hard ware, looseness of hangers, leaky gaskets, vibration of piping, and general checks for security of the system and attending the corrective action as per the direction of Engineers in - Charge. Up-keeping of the above equipments by thorough external cleaning and removing of dust and dirty oil, oil fumes, etc., and keeping the equipment clean and tidy. Cleaning of the suction & discharge valve, fan blades of the cooling towers if necessary, adjusting the Cooling Tower fan belt tension & changing the belt, alignment correction if necessary, topping up of lube oil for cooling tower bearings, greasing of valves and any other minor unforeseen works related to the mechanical maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in – Charge.

Cleaning of AHU 1 (OR) 2 Filters of Centralized A/c Units (OR) Micro Filters of A/c Duct (OR) Suction filters of Centrifugal blower fan:- Air Handling Unit 1 of Centralized A/c : 18 Filters (1 Set) Air Handling Unit 2 of Centralized A/c : 18 Filters (1 Set) A/c Duct Micro Filters : 18 Nos. (1 Set) Centrifugal Blower suction Filters : 20 Nos. + 20 Nos. (2 Sets) Dismantling the filters, transporting to the remote area, cleaning the filters with air & water, again transporting to the equipment area and re-fixing in the exact location.

COOLING TOWERS FILLS CLEANING: Corrugated Cooling Sheets Assembly of A/c Cooling Tower 1 & 2 : 2 Sets Dismantling the corrugated cooling sheets of Cooling Tower 1 or 2 in sequence, cleaning all the sheets with water & acid for removal of scales and assembling the sheets in order.

PREVENTIVE & REGULAR MAINTENANCE OF CENTRALIZED A/C COMPRESSORS & AIR HANDLING UNITS :-1) A/c Compressor : 2 Nos. 2) Air Handling Unit : 2 Nos. 3) A/c Condenser : 2 Nos. Routine check of Centralized A/c Compressor & Air Handling Unit for Oil leak, gas leak, air leak, abnormal sound, abnormal vibration, gas pressure variation, oil pressure variation, ice formation and attending the corrective action as per the direction of Engineers in - Charge. Up-keeping of the above equipments by thorough external cleaning and removing of dust and dirty oil, oil fumes, etc., and keeping the floor of the house clean and tidy. Checking the system pipe lines etc., using soap water for any leak , charging gas in the compressor, checking the belt tension, if necessary replacement of belt & alignment in AHU / A/c compressor, topping up of lube oil for compressor, external cleaning of condenser, removing the AHU water drainage pipe chocking if necessary and any other minor unforeseen works related to the mechanical maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in - Charge.

REGULAR & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF COOLING WATER PUMPS OF CENTRALIZED A/C COMPRESSORS: Cooling water pumps of Centralized A/c Compressors : 2 Nos. Routine check of the cooling water pumps for any abnormal sound, high vibration, high bearing temperature, gland leak or any other leakage, and attending the corrective action as per the direction of Engineers in - Charge. Up-keeping of the above equipments by thorough external cleaning and removing of dust and dirty oil, oil fumes, etc.,. Attending any minor leak in the pump & flanges, arresting the gland leak by addition / renewal of gland packing or renewal of mechanical seal using the gland packing / Mechanical seal supplied by TNPGCL, alignment checking, renewal of grease/ oil in the bearings, checking the tightness of the bolt & nuts in the pumps, renewal of bearings, oil seals & coupling if necessary and any other minor unforeseen works related to the mechanical maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in - Charge. Oil seals, coupling & bearings will be supplied by TNPGCL.

CLEANING OF CONDENSER COILS OF COMPRESSORS IN CENTRALIZED AC SYSTEM : Charges for cleaning of condenser coil tubes with water & air in the Ac Compressor 1 or 2 in centralized AC units of CCR and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Overhauling of AHU 1 & 2 IN CENTRALIZED AC SYSTEM : Charges for Overhauling of 4 Nos. expansion valves, gas line filters cleaning, AHU inlet & Outlet gas lines flushing using inert gas, removal of air & inert gas from the system using vacuum pump and Charges for leak test & leak arresting, checking the healthiness of liquid line solenoid valve, overhauling the solenoid valve, normalizing and putting the centralized A/c System in Service etc., as per the direction Engineer In charge. (R22 gas will be supplied by the board).

FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM : Periodical Maintenance

Regular Maintenance of Fire Hydrant System and Fire water spray system : Charges for Periodical inspection of any abnormality and visual inspection of the system for any water leakages through gaskets, gland packing's, checking the tightness of the bolts and nuts, greasing of the valve stem & Hydrant valves, washing of the Fire hoses in clear water and drying by natural ventilation, general check-up, general check-up of deluge valve, cleaning of suction strainers of spray system, checking of discharge nozzles, up keeping of the system by through external cleaning and corrective action as required as per the direction of the engineer – in – charge. Preventive maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguisher and Trolley Mounted Fire Extinguishers: Charges for Periodical inspection of any abnormality of the extinguishers for any leak, loose hardware, leaky gaskets, Checking the tightness of the bolts, nuts & hoses, checking the nozzle for any obstruction, greasing of cap threads, general check- up , up keeping of the extinguishers by thorough external cleaning, and attending the corrective action as required as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge. Preventive Maintenance of automatic CO2 Flooding System: Inspection of CO2 Flooding System (CO2 banks) for any abnormality and visual inspection of the system for any leak, loose hardware, leaky gaskets, valve leaks, checking the tightness of the bolts & nuts, visual checking of the gas transfer hoses , general check up , up keeping of the system by thorough external cleaning, and attending the corrective action as required as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Periodical Maintenance of Diesel Engine : Inspection for any abnormality and external cleaning of diesel engines, checking the coolant and engine oil levels and topping up, cleaning of suction strainers and checking the engine cooling system etc., and any other unforeseen works as directed by the engineer – in – charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Regular Maintenance of Fire Water Pumps, Diesel Engine and Valves : . Inspection for any abnormality and external cleaning of the fire water pumps,Diesel engines cleaning of Suction Strainers, attending any gland leaks in the pumps & valves, greasing the pump bearing etc., and any other unforeseen work as directed by the engineer – in – charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope) The details of pumps and valves are given below. (i) Jockey pumps : 2 Nos. (For both Fire Hydrant and Spray system) (i) Motor driven pumps : 2 Nos. (One no. each for hydrant and spray system) (ii) Diesel engine driven pumps : 2 Nos. (One no. each for hydrant and spray system) (iii) Hand operated valves : FWPHS

Fire Protection System : Operation (a) Checking and maintaining the required water pressure in the Fire Hydrant and Spray systems. (b) To carryout periodical water flow test in the deluge valves of spray system. (c) Running of motor and diesel engine driven pumps in hydrant and spray systems for minimum of 5 mints daily. (d) Checking the healthiness of batteries in Fire Water Pump House and DG set. (e) Checking of water level in fire water reservoir and topping up.

Breakdown Maintenance Leak Detection & Repair in Hydrant & Spray Lines Trace out the actual puncture location in the hydrant and spray lines, isolating the valves for water leak arresting , fabrication and pipeline welding work in Hydrant and spray lines after attending the leak, charging the line for leak testing work etc., and any other unforeseen works as directed by the engineer – in – charge. (Necessary T&P's and consumables under contractor scope)

Earth work excavation for tracing and location of underground fire water spray pipe line and with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stonely earth and earth mixed with small size boulders including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated soil and consolidated Suitably including cost of all Materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

DM PLANT OPERATION Collection of water samples, dosing of chemicals, drawal of chemicals etc., in DM Plant

Collection of Raw water samples from the Raw water reservoirs, Fire water reservoirs for various analysis like condy., pH., TDS etc,.once in a day.

Operation of chlorination plant and collection of water sample from chlorination plant, potable water overhead storage tank and service water overhead storage tank for residual chlorine. Twice in a day.

Collection of water sample from the outlet of DMF and ACF for analysis of residual chlorine, Turbidity. 12 times in a day.

During the Back washing of DMF & ACF, operating the respective valves, blowers etc., once in a day.

Collection of water sample from Strong Acid Cation outlet, Degasser pump outlet, Strong Base Anion outlet, Mixed bed outlet and DM Tank for analysis of condy., pH, FMA etc.,.8 times in a day.

Dosing of Morpholine in morpholine dosing tanks, diluting it with water and mixing well with agitator for dosing at DM water.

Transferring of Hcl acid or NaOH lye from lorry tanker to TNPGCL Bulk storage tank, collecting the respective sample from tanker.

Transfer of 32% conc Hcl acid or 48% NaoH lye from the Bulk storage tank to their respective measuring tanks, diluting it with water and stirring well with agitator and operating respective valves and regulating the particular flow rate, and sample collection for checking the required strength, specific gravity, pH etc. for the proper regeneration of SAC, SBA or MB.

Dosing required quantity of Lime or Hcl Acid in neutralising pits for neutralisation purpose of DM Plant effluent.

Collection of sample from Neutralisation pit for checking pH and after neutralisation pumping off to the ETP once in a day.

Changeover of all continuous running pump, s viz., DM water transfer pump Hydrazine / Ammonia dosing pumps.

Operation of Evaporator cooler pumps, Raw Water pumps, DG pumps, DG blowers, Service water transfer pump.

During the DM water production, operating the respective valves, blowers etc., of Strong acid cation, Strong base anion and mixed beds.

Dosing the chemicals like ammonia, Hydrazine Hydrate in respective dosing tanks and diluting with water, stirring well with agitator for the dosing of boiler feed water and maintaining the tank level, required concentration etc,.three times in a day.

Dissolving required quantity of Trisodium phosphate in the preparation tank with water, stirring well with agitator and transferring the prepared solution to the TSP dosing tanks and operation of dosing pumps for dosing to HP, IP & LP drums and maintaining the required concentration level.

Collection of boiler water sample from the sampling points of CEP., Boiler feed water, Drum samples of HP, IP & LP, saturated steam samples and main steam samples of HP, IP & LP drum for analysis six times in a day.

Collection of feed water sample in dissolved oxygen bottle for dissolved oxygen analysis , three times in a day.

Cleaning and drying the glass vessels like beakers, burettes, pipettes, conical flasks, standard measuring flasks, measuring jars etc. for the preparation of standard solutions, reagents, before and after water analysis, eight times in a day.

Cleaning of instruments, equipments like conductivity meter, pH meter, Hot air oven, Refrigerator etc. in Main Lab & SWAS Room.

Cleaning of instruments, equipments like conductivity meter, pH meter, Hot air oven, Refrigerator etc. in Main Lab & SWAS Room.

Collection of water sample from the IA/PA, vacuum and centralized A/c cooling system, two times in a day.

Dosing the Biocide chemical in IA / PA, Vacuum & Centralized A/c Cooling system.

Opening required quantity of water for blowdown from IA /PA, Vacuum & Centralized A/c cooling system, two times in a day.

Withdrawal of chemicals like Ammonia, Hydrazine Hydrate, Hydrated Lime, Morpholine and fine chemicals from KGTPS stores and pocket stores to DM Plant, once in a week.

Operating various discharge pumps in ETP to green belt area, once in a day.

Collection of oil samples from Main oil tanks of STG and GTG for various analysis for deciding the quality of oil, once in a week.

Producing distilled water from water still at chemicals lab for the preparation of Lab reagents and Battery use at KGTPS.

Shifting / pouring of acid and lye chemicals from the cane to all dilution tanks, once in a week.

Sample collection from Evaporative cooling system for analysis of condy., pH, chloride etc,.. during offline water wash activities in Gas Turbine.
