Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris and rubbish from site n exc. 100 m complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item Srl No1 above but exc 15 cm thickness above ground floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less , including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/floor and finishing thesurface even and fair including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 150 mm thick concrete slab filled with pre formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 100 mm thick concrete slab filled with pre formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete, and incl use of waste of form work and finishing the surface rough and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty Endura tiles (exterior vetrified) 30cmx30cmx10mm thick set , jointed and pointed in grey neat cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of tiles in floor with 3 to 4 mm spacer epoxy grout, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) any section , including taking out embedded portion as in concrete and making good distrubed ground and complete all as specified.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as specified.

Labour only for restraining resecuring of old galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire including making good staples and tightening etc complete all as specified ( each line wire to be measured)

Refixing old fencing post or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) any section or size complete all as directed

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling mass concerete complete all as specified

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing chain link fencing) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

S & F 10 mm dia & over mild steel round or square bars fixed behind fencing as guard bars etc and similar articles complete all as specified.

S & F of mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screw and to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 5cm not exc 10cm and dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type of best quaility conforming to IS all as specified.

S & F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision galvanished mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. ( each line wire to be measured)

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted,built in cement mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping or similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/PCC block or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick (in two layers 10 mm thick each) rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. fair and even complete.

Raking out old cement plaster joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble or brought up to course, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing with using cement mortar 1:3 to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for sand and clean wooden saw dust in the ratio of 70% tibba sand and 30% clean wooden saw including removing the old material from firing range having the height upto 6.00 mtr height in sloped area and maintain the slope as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 40 mm thick 2nd class hardwood clean sawn boards or planks, width n exc. 25 cm fixed with nails with any situation complete all as directed and specified.
