Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc [not exceeding 1.5M in width] and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth up to 1.5Mtr including disposal of excavated earth up to 1M from cutting edge

Providing and laying of DI/GI pipes complete with cost of D.I/G.I pipes/fittings/gate valves/ sluice valve / flow meter on R/main & G/main / distribution system / all types of pipe specials & installation of tap connection as per site requirement including carriage.

B) Civil Work

Construction of collection tank in all kinds of soils (60% all kinds + 40% rock) of internal size 2.00 mtrs each side having depth 2.15mtrs average in trench at wall thickness 0.15 mtrs with 1:1.5:3 mix bed slab laid over 0.15 mtrs thick mud mat 1:4:8 mix RCC walls in 1:1½:3 with reinfornment @ 80kg percum and RCC work in Beams, Slabs, etc. in 1:1½:3 with centring and shuttering and 12mm thick plaster in cement motor 1:3 in side the tank and 12mm thick cement motor plaster in 1:4 mix outside the tank inclusive of mixing water proofing material in promo are equivalent @ 1kg/50kg of cement (complete job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing inclusive of filling available earth back in trenches and crate wortk of size 6x1.5x1.5=15 nos incl. cost of crate and stones incl. carriage of stone & crates at site all complete. (Turn key Basis)

Construction of Pump room of size 7.95 mtr x 3.70 mtrs interal size with 02 Doors and 03 Windows in Standard brick masonary with wall thickness 9" complete with earthwork in excavation 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on plan, standard mud mat 0.20 mtrs thick with foundation in 1:4:8 mix cement conc. topped by damp proof course 50mm thick in 1:2:4 mix and brick wrok FPS of class desgination 75 and RCC Slab/Beams/Lintels in 1:1½:3 mix with 20mm nominal size stoine agg. inclusive of 15mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick work in 1:4 mix, complete with plint protection, centering, shuttering, finishing with water proof paint with MS Steel sliding shutters all as per specification and drawing to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-in-charge as per established practices and specifications). Incl. protection work /retaining wall (Turn key Basis)

Construction of 20,000 Glns Cap GSR round in shape with internal diameter of 6.25 mtrs and dome height of 4.60 mtrs from gsr bed inclusive of free board and dome curvature trench depth 1.20 mtrs in all kinds of soil inclusive of platform cutting with required cement conc. work shall conform to relevent IS code pertaining to water retaining structure in Bed Slab and Gola, beams, slabs, bome, walls etc. with standard specifications of mud mat, plinth protection etc complete with reinforcement, form work, flooring in 1:2:4 and cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:3 mix complete with admixtures, fittings, steel built-up sections and carriage of material ( complete job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete. (Turn key basis)

Construction of Anchor Blocks of size 1.0x1.0x1.0 mtrs in cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with 20% boulders, embedded 0.50 mtrs in ground including excavation, centering shuttering, sturtting, propering etc., all complete inclusive all carriage of material. (Turn key basis)

Construction of Chain link fencing around various civil structures with angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm for vertical posts and 40mm x 40mm x 6mm for Top and Bottom members embeded in cement concrete block 1:2:4 concrete mix of size 2.0x2.0x2.5 ft at 6 ft C/C for a length of 95 RM with standard gaze and mesh aperture including gates mounted on iron posts. (Turn key basis)

Design, construction, Testing and commissioning of RCC over Head tank with architectural features of 0.20 lacs glns capacity with single compartment and 21.00 mtrs staging height supported on rectangular/square columns only on “Turn ky Basis” at Pardhal including providing and fixing standard pipeline fittings for inlet, outlet scour and overflow delivering uto 2:0 mtrs away from RCC outer columns of over head tank, providing and fixing of all accessories such as lightening arrestor, water level indicator, RCC stairs from ground level to tank floor level gallery along outside columns, gallery to top of dome and inside the tank with side steel railing, ventilating cowls, manhole covers with frame and MS railing for stairs and at roof flooring, vertical pipelines and standard pipe fitting etc. all complete. The top water container should be preferable cylindrical in shape, shaft for support shall not be permitted. The foundation, columns bearings etc. shall be designed and constructed so as to have a provision for the construction of a single story building between the G.I bracing and first bracing with RCC roof slab and brick walls for store accommodation. The position of the bearing shall be so fixed that the height of floor is approximately 3.50m and the top of ground level bracing is 0.60 M above general ground level to provide for plinth. The construction of such building is not including in the turn key job but the foundation and all other members should be designed and constructed taking into consideration this building load so that this building may be constructed inn future wherever required with the provision. (Bearing cap. Have to be awaitted/ approved by the DIQ (Jammu) UT of J&K, or an another authority / agency. Designated by the Jal Shakti Department. (Turn key basis)

c. MECHANICAL COMPONENTS

Providing , instalation, testing and commissioning of 10000 GPHx310 mtrs HC pump set head along with allied works pumping station at WSS Kotli Bijlana Pang.

Designing, fabrication, instalation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel of 415 volts AC 03 phase, 50 HZ for 100HP capacity motor installed pumping station.

Installation, testing & commissioning of 250 KVA voltage stabilizer pumping station.

Fabrication of delivery and suction manifold including cast steel valve /NRV and G.I pipe saddle/ Anchor block pumping station .

Providing , instalation, testing and commissioning of 4000 GPHx80 mtrs Mono submersible pump set head alongwith allied works pumping station.

Electric Components. Laying of HT line on ST poles 09 mtrs long using ACSR Weasel conductor with 52 mtrs span.

Erection of pole mounted 250 KVA distribuation Sub Station.
