Supply of 36 Watt omni directional blue lens, Elevated MIRL Taxiway Light Fittings complete with all accessories lens, lamp, Breakable Coupling, central column assembly, 2 pin secondary Lead, Rubber Gaskets, Base Plates with 6 nos M 10 stainles steel bolts, spring washer and other accessories etc confirming to ICAO specification and technical specification etc complete as required & suitable for operation with 45W, 20/6.6/ 6.6 Amps Isolating Transformers.

Supply of 1x45 Watt lamp Uni-directional Inset type stop bar fitting complete with shallow base, side cable entry and matching body of the fitting, complete with lamp suitbale for 6.6 amps pre-focused reflector lamp of 6.6 amps current with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly optical assembly, 'O' ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware, valve for watertightness tests, Cover Gasket, clear lenses with required filters and all standard accessories complete as required as per ICAO specifications.

Supply of 45 watt, 20A/6.6A or 6.6A/6.6A rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required suitable for above mentioned fittings for following applications.

Supply of 6 Sq.mm,5 KV grade copper conductor XLPE insulated, polyethylene sheathed single core, copper cable conforming to as specified in particular specifications of the following sizes as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B Connector Kit suitable for 6 sqmm copper conductor cable 5 KV grade.

Supply of 2 x 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor ERP Insulated & PCP sheathed, 1.1 KV grade underground cable complete as required.

Moulding of secondary cable size 2C x 4.0 sq.mm of 1.1 KV grade at site with required 2 pin male/female connector complete as required.

Laying of Secondary lead of size 2x4 sqmm, 5kv grade copper cable in pipe by curb cutting on the surface of runway/ taxiway for Inset light fitting and filling the curb by suitable means with dobefil and hardner/ other material complete as required.

Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of internally illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information guidance signage of various sizes made out of reinforced 2 mm thick anodized aluminum profile having minimum width of 150 mm and supported at back by 50 mm dia (nominal size) die cast aluminium / GI pipe at suitable gap to provide stability and frangile coupling as required. Signage sheet shall be 4mm thick, long life poly carbonate non-specular surface with letters and symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required coloring for mandatory/informatory guidance sign as per ICAO. Work includes internal source & converter with high luminous long life typically 50,000 Hrs. type, suitable Watts LED’s assembled on aluminium PCB of approx. size 700 mm x 20 mm and having suitable no of LEDs / PCB board with thickness of aluminium PCB not be less than 2 mm in order to ensure proper heat transfer from the LED’s to aluminium strip. The colour temperature of LED 5000-7000 Kelvin as per ICAO requirement. These LED ALuminium PCBs should be placed not more than 160mm apart across the length to ensure uniform distribution of light across the face of the board. Entire sign board should work on runway / taxiway current range i.e. at all 5 step (2.8 to 6.6A) CCR output and comply photometric requirement as per ICOA Annex-14. The boards having length from 800 mm to 3000 mm should be illuminated by single driver & by using single isolating transformer of 200 W / 45W capacity. Board should have auto change over arrangement from one circuit to another. (Note all hardware required for modification in existing signage are included in this item).

Supply of Signage sheet of existing Taxiway guidance signage board of 4mm thick, long life imported poly carbonate non-specular surface with letters and symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required colouring for mandatory/ informatory guidance sign. New sheet to be fixed by dismantling old sheet complete as required

Dismenteling of existing stop bar Inset light fitting in IAF area in good condition for re-installation of the same complete as required.

Dismenteling of existing taxiway edge light fitting in IAF area in good condition for re-installation of the same complete as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Elevated type taxiway light fixtures, on existing transformer housing boxes i/c installation of isolating transformers, lamps,etc. as required.

ITC of inset type Runway / Taxiway light fixtures after making suitable size of hole with help of core cutting machine in the bituminous / pavement area of Runway/ RESA and fixing with dobefil and hardner inclusive of connection with secondary cable, transformer etc., inclusive of providing necessary connectors, moulding for incoming & outging connection etc. complete as required.

Supply of 63 mm dia size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of 35 sq. Mm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Earthing with 'B' class G. I. earth pipe 4.5 mtrs. long x 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe etc. i/c charcoal/ coke and salt complete as required.

Supply of 4 x16 sq.mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured control cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098, Part-I, 1988 with up to date amendments ocomplete as required.

Supply of 4 core, 2.5 sq.mm XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured control cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098, Part-I, 1988 with up to date amendments complete as required.

Supply of 40 mm dia size ,PE-80, PN-6 kg pressure , HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting complete as required.

Laying of 40 mm dia size HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying of 40mm dia HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6 kg pressure by HDD trenchless Horizontal boring/ drilling method below runway/ taxiway / road /direct in ground in all type soil at a suitable depth ( three mtrs below in normal roads/soil and 6 mtr below runways and taxiways) etc complete in all respect as per specification. (supply of HDPE Pipe is not included in this item)

Supply of 3C x 95 sq. mm HT Power cable of 6.6 kV (UE)/11 kV( E) grade Grade aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable confiriming toIS 7098 (Part-2) 2011 with upto date ammendment as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of electrically operated barrier system for 6.0 meter wide road i/c complete civil works complete as required. ( Make:CAME )

SITC of Traffic light (Red & Green) and related wiring work for the operation in synchronization with boom barrier including all associated electrical & civil works complete as required.
