SITE CLEARANCE AND DEVELOPMENT- Material and Labour for bringing approved earth for filling from outside MOD land distance exc. 10 Km but n. exc. 15 Km from the site of work and depositing where directed at site. Note:- (a) Earth to be obtained from outside MOD land. (b) Min lead to bring the approved earth from outside of work site and no price adjustment will be made even if the lead is more than 15 Km.

AIR CONDITIONING - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant flow type Air conditioning system of capacity 20 TR with under mentioned equipments and specification all as specified and directed. (a) OUTDOOR UNIT (Cooling ) :- Supply installation, testing and commissioning modular type variable Refrigerant Flow system equipped with inverter compressors acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting, with capacities of 22 HP Module including frame work 50 x 50 x 55 angle iron framefor outdoor unit with nut, bolts and washer etc complete. (b) INDOOR UNITS :- Supply installation, testing and commissioning of indoor unit equipped with pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan, multi speed motor, coil section with DX coil, outer cabinet, drain pan, insulation pipe connections etc of various capacities as per drawings. (i) 4 Way cassette unit with cordless remote controllers. (ii) 1.5 Ton Cassette type AC - 03 Nos, 2.0 Ton A AC - 02 Nos and 2.8 Ton A AC - 04 Nos with cassette panel (iii) Supply of Imported fitting Y Joints & headers including insulation materials of suitable size etc. (c) INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING :- installation and commissioning of modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient inverter compressors, eco friendly refrigerant R410a special acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting with capacities of 22 HP. (d) REFRIGERANT PIPING :- Providing & fitting interconnecting refrigerant pipe work with (19mm/13mm thick) closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor and outdoor units. As per specifications all piping inside the room shall be properly supported with MS hanger. (i) Suction line. (ii) Liquid line (iii) Gas charging – R410a. (e) DRAIN PIPING :- Providing and fixing rigid PVC piping complete with fitting, supports as per specification and duly insulated with 6 mm thick cell nitrile rubber insulation of 25 mm dia. (f) CONTROL TRANSMISSION WIRING :- Providing and fixing control cum transmission wiring of 3 core x 1.5 sqmm copper in suitable MS conduit between indoor and outdoor unit. (i) Outdoor stands (Floor Mounted Type) including PCC foundation with suitable size of Nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with Copper plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL. Connected to copper earth strip 20x3 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nut and washers including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, GI protection pipe light grade 15mm bore for protecting the GI wire mesh funnel alternate layer of charcoal dust, and salt PCC pit 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 20mm dia GI Medium grade water pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade earth and protection pipe and RCC cover, wire mesh, charcole or cock and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compaction of thickness 15mm complete all as specified and shown in Electrical plate No.3 SSR part-1 and testing complete all as specified and directed. ROAD/PATH/CULVERT- Material & labour for 150 mm th GSB (granular sub base) over compacted sub grade using broken boulder or quarried stone, filled and specifeied grading rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) ( in two layers of 75mm each layers compacted seperatly) as per table 400-II MORTH, IRC specifation with cruched stone aggregate of specified grading, rolled & consolidated using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing polycarbonate moulded body reflective pavement marker Cats Eye of size 100mm x 100mm x 18.5mm with reflective area 13 Sqm on each side and slope of the base shall be 37 + 5 degree to the base fixed with epoxy resin adhesive after cleaning the surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Dark Eye Model No DA 978 or equivalent of 3M/AVERY/DENSON.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast cement concrete bull nose kerbstone of size 450x300x150 mm confirming to IS , M25 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Material and labour for GI perforated tray with cover of size 300mmx50mmx1.6mm including jointing coupler plate and fixing arrangement from ceiling, making drilling the ceiling and providing suitable size thread rod for hold the tray complete all as directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning weather, vermine and dust proof totally enclosed, phosphatised power printed cubical out door type (Factory made) double door with locking arrangement flooring mounting comparatmentalize type, panel board of suitable size made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheets and support with suitable size of iron iron angle complete with 400 Amps, 4 Nos Aluminium Bus Bar. Supply and fixing TPN DB 415 volt 4 way with 100 amps rated MCCB as incomer ,copper busbar of suitable capacity double door on wall with and including suitable flat iron clamps duly grouted/ fixed flush in the wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole, 6 to 32 amps rating, 240 volts, 'C' series, 10 KA breaking capacity & making connection complete all as specified and directed.
