S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) con-sisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. S&F 2nd class HW rail and style, 35mm thick Factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12mm B.W.P. commercial ply. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part-I) complete all as specified.

M&L for 30mm thick factory made windows shutters made out of 2nd Class Hard Wood, Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/ gauze complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new wood surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting two coats with synthetic enamel including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing pre painted steel sliding window ECO Series 3-Track, 2 glass panel and 1 mesh panel sliding window fabricated from Roll formed sections made of galvanized Steel colour coated/ powder coated (Base Steel as per IS 513 ‘D’ quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GM/Sq.mtr) with total coated thickness of 0.58mm. Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder up to 50-60 microns thick. Section for external frame should be of 107 x 44mm, Section for shutter should be of 35x49mm. Section of mesh should be of 35 x 49mm.The windows should be paneled with 5mm thick plain float glass. Corner bracket for internal and external frame made of glass filled nylon. Gaskets are to be made of Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM). The sections are to be cut to length, joined and assembled by means of corner bracket. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/ masonry walls by means of self expanding screws incl supply and fixed of MS grill 10mm solid square bars @ 150mm centre to centre for horizontal direction & two 10mm solid square bars in vertical direction alongwith all round the frame using 30mmx 3mm MS flat with necessary welding and fixing anchorage and making good the adjacent side of jambs of window ie plastering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified.

Note :- (i) Each stage i.e preparation of surfaces, preocat treatment, application of primer, application of 1st coat and application of 2nd coat shall be got passed from Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Written warranty for four years or as per manufacturers instructions, whichever is more shall be given by the Contractor for efficacy of this item)

M&L for Non Skid plain coloured ceramic tiles, 6-7mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified (screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).
