Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 5 Ton/Hr Boiler

The Tenderer should be a reputed and established manufacturer and should have registered his/their Firm/Company as per Rules of Valid GST and shall furnish necessary documents to that effect.

The Tenderer shall have valid GST Registration and shall furnish the GST and PAN Details.

The Scope of supply shall be as per the technical specification as per Section VI.

The Tenderer or his Authorized representative should have manufactured at least 100 Units of such boilers and proven his track record with respect to the performance of the boiler.

The tenderer/bidder should have supplied 3 to 4 IBR Boilers to any other Government plants / or any government sector in the last five years of which one should be supplied to silk factory in government/PSU sector. Submit proof of completion certificate for the works as per tender document

The intending tenderer shall visit the site to understand the condition and requirement. Proof of visit to be acknowledged by the Unit head to be attached.

The Unit tendered should conform to the technical specifications and should be a skid mounted unit only.

Undertaking by Tenderer to the effect that he/she has not been blacklisted by KSIC or any other Government agency/ department shall be submitted at the time of participation in the tender process.

The Tenderer shall submit the details of the Technical capabilities of the manufacturers with respect to in house facilities such as Machinery, Tools, Precision Instruments, Design Dept., Plant Workshop space availability, Manpower and other required infrastructure facilities. The details of the after sales shall be provided.

All Clearance/Approvals, Statutory departments like KSPCB AND DEPARTMENT OF FACTORIES BOILERS INDUSTRIAL SAFETY & HEALTH AND ANY OTHER STATUTORY DEPARTMENTS, Boiler Department etc.,

The boiler should have a heat recovery unit APH and required accessories and attachments like Quad-cyclone type dust separator to fulfill the norms of KSPCB AND DEPARTMENT OF FACTORIES BOILERS INDUSTRIAL SAFETY & HEALTH AND ANY OTHER STATUTORY DEPARTMENTS (Detailed in Section-VI).

The Boiler should meet all the requirements of KSPCB AND DEPARTMENT OF FACTORIES BOILERS INDUSTRIAL SAFETY & HEALTH AND ANY OTHER STATUTORY DEPARTMENTS Norms.
