Dismantling of capacitors and other components of capacitors panel and dismantling of old damaged components of APFC panels i.e. capacitors, MCB, contactors, APFC relay, indicating lights and their power & control wiring connections with main bus bar and incoming & outgoing circuits etc. as required.

Supply of Super heavy duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V , 3 phase, 50 Hz Ac complete with terminal cover and discharge device- make STANDARD

Banking of capacitors of various capacities with multistrand copper wires & lugs /aluminum bus bars and mounting arrangement for parallel connection to form suitable rating capacitor bank

Supply of 12 Stage microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters. Make :- Standard

Control wiring of APFC relay with multistrand copper wires, lugs, tapes etc. As required at site

Supply of capacitor duty contactors for capacitors rating 25 KVAr. Make: Standard

Supply of Triple Pole MCB 63 A rating. Make:- L&T/ Standard

Power wiring of contactors and MCBs for incoming and outgoing circuits with multistrand copper wires, lugs, tapes etc. As required at site

Supply &fixing of LED type indication lights of various colors as required at site-make FTC/Technik/Standard

Installation of capacitor banks including termination with existing cables, gland and lugs earthling of capacitor banks as required at site.

Servicing of panels including complete dusting of all components, cleaning of contact point with CTC solution, decarbonizing of various joints, tightening of all nut bolts, sleeving of live parts alignment of doors to prevent ingress of moisture and vermin and touching of rusted parts of the panels etc. as required at site.

Fixing of all above components in the APFC panel with suitable fabrication work to accommodate new items in the existing feeders for alignment of components and ease of termination complete with hardware etc. as required at site.

Testing & commissioning of complete capacitor installation including following: 1. Dusting of complete panel. 2. Meggering of complete capacitor installation using 500V megger. 3. Continuity test for checking continuity of all circuits. 4. Alignment of doors 5. Tightening of all nuts and bolts. 6. Cleaning of all contac points and joints. 7. Setting of APFC relay for target power factor
