Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors / walls etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, all as specified. including removal of debries from site..

M&L for 25 mm thick plan cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring in leveling course below tiles etc complete.

M&L for premium / 1st quality colour vitrified ceramic tiles double charged / dark shed, 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc. 0.42 Sqm but n.exc 1.00 sqm as in floors etc, fixing of tiles with 3-5 mm spacers set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy grout, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for premium / 1st quality colour vitrified ceramic tiles double charged / dark shed, 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc. 0.42 Sqm but n.exc 1.00 sqm as in dado / vertical surfaces etc, fixing of tiles with 3-5 mm spacers set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy grout, laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, laid over and including screed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in wall lining / verticle surfaces and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, laid over and including backing coat 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries from site all specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on brick work or cement concrete wall surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (first Quality) over one coat of primer over and including 3 mm thick cement base wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for double moulding to granite stone slab, including grinding for smooth finish complete all as specified & directed
