Stabilized WMM:-Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate from Kabrai quarry (WMM) after mixing with 3.5% Emulsion & 1% OPC cement with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform single layer with paver as cemented base and compacting with the road roller to achieveto achive the desired compaction as per MORTH & H Specification Clause 406 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading 2 with Batch type hot mix plant producing 120 TPH using crushed aggregates from Kabrai quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG_30 @ 4.5 % , transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH & H Specification Clause 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminious concrete Grading 2 with Batch type hot mix plant producing 120 TPH using crushed aggregates from Kabrai quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG_30 @ 5.4%, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, tandem roller and Pneumatic Tyre roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH & H Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material.
