Strengthening of MS structural steel components of Unit-3 CHP Area by welding/replacing deteriorated/corroded members including epoxy painting with sand blasting at BTPS.

PQR-2: Work Experience: The intending eligible bidders as indicated in PQR (1) should have satisfactorily completed (at-least 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor, at least in Single/multiple works (maximum of 2 works) of similar nature of work such as epoxy painting to structural steel members with epoxy based primer in any Thermal Power Plant/ Processing industries/Refineries/Petrochemicals/Fertilizer and steel Industries of value not less than Rs.1126.14 Lakhs during the preceding five financial years i.e. 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. In proof of the same, the work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL/RPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Competent Authority in case of State/Central Government/Government under taking/Public Sector Undertaking/any Private Thermal Power Station/Processing industries/ Refineries/Petrochemicals/fertilizer and steel Industries in India as the case may be uploaded (The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2024-25).

PQR-4: Turn over: The intending eligible bidders as indicated in PQR (1) should have achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.3003.05 Lakhs during the previous five financial years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24). In proof of the same, intended eligible bidders as indicated in PQR (1) shall upload the certified copy of Turnover or Profit and Loss account certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant with Valid UDIN. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2024-25).

PQR-1: Any individual/firms-Class-I Registered KPWD contractor or equivalent to KPWD Class-I Contractor registered in other State Government/Central Government or Individuals/Registered firms/ Companies/any under taking Companies are eligible to apply. As a proof, the intended bidder shall upload relevant documents.

PQR-3: Minimum quantity: Minimum quantity: The intending eligible bidders as indicated in PQR (1 & 2) should have satisfactorily executed a minimum 1,78,940.00 Sqm quantity of painting in any one of the preceding five financial years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) in any Thermal Power Plant/Processing industries/Refineries/ Petrochemicals/Fertilizer and steel Industries either by new construction or by maintenance work in the said financial years. In proof of the same, the work done certificate indicating the quantity executed issued by an officer not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL/RPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Competent Authority in case of State/Central Government/ Government under taking/Public Sector Undertaking /Private Thermal Power Station in India as the case may be uploaded.

PQR-5: Assessed available tender capacity: Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria vide PQR no.1,2,3 and 4, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as mentioned under: Assessed available tender capacity is equals to (AxNx1.5-B) should be greater than the amount put to tender, were, A-Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2024-25) price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited (1.50 year). B-Value of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next (1.50 years). Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on- going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent or self-declaration documents are to be uploaded for which Format is included in the Bid document.

PQR-6: Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.450.46 Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized Banks/Scheduled Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,. shall be uploaded.

Independent PF code shall be uploaded

Critical equipment: Compressor 60 HP capacity Electrical/Diesel operated 15 Nos owned and 15 Nos hired basis, Spray gun 20 nos owned and 20 Nos hired basis and Scaffolding pipes (H-frames/cups & locks/clamps & pipes) 3000 Nos owned and 3000 Nos hired basis.

The bidder shall upload the self-declaration as a.
