PART-A Daily operation and upkeepment by by 3(Three) nos operator & 1(one) no Electrician of 11/0.433KV, 250 KVA Sub-station having 2 nos Transformer of capacity 250 KVA ( two nos ONAN ) , 1 no. single panel 11 KV VCB panel , 1 no.3 panel VCB Panel, C.T.,P.T., 7-12 KV, 11±1% 250 KVA Automatic Voltage Regulator alongwith Online UPS, Battery charger,L.T. PDB Panel and relevent output feeders etc. complete & all other electrical accessories and Ancillaries as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC on round the clock basis (three shift of operation) including checking of healthly condition of all draw out feeders daily by Electrician having valid and approprite License (Workmans' Permit), issued by Directorate of Electricity(Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. or of any other state Govt. of India or by person having ITI(Electrician) Certificate, checking and fault finding of all interconnected power cables laid among different workhouses like sub-station, high lift pumping station, internal distribution wiring and illumination of above stated work station & findings to be recorded in the log Book and switching ON/OFF of the Indoor and Outdoor Illuminations & other accessories as & when required on daily-basis.

PART-B

Periodial inspection Minimum thrice in a month and as & when required, by Electrical supervisor having valid Supervisors' certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity( Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/ Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept the Sub-station Building. The Supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. VCBs, transforemers, L.T. PDB. Capacitors, Battery & battery charger along with in house lighting system. w.e.f.

Periodical Maintenance by Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray for the existing HT & LT panel board, PDBs, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils etc at the site once in a month along with minor repairing (if required) of the electro mechanical equipments by supplying necessary sundry materials/electro mechanical accessories as required in presence of Electrical Supervisor/ Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date.
