Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles including bedding layer (of any description), laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar on roof and cleaning the roof surface with water, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, and roof padding rounded or chamfered on edges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in copings, benching, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid beddd and pointed in any mortar in roof or in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC tiles, machine pressed of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm as in floors, and cut and polished complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 6 above but except PCC tiles of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment of any description on roof and wall surfaces complete, including screed bed, racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/bag of cement(50 Kg) on roof surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of Sch 'A' given here-in-after)

M & L for preparation of plastered roof surface and applying polymer APP modified membrane with non- woven polyster reinforcement/mat with thermal insulation, weight not less than 3kg/sqm and thickness not less than 3 mm, laid by torch application method with overlap 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side over a coat of cold applied bituminous oil based primer(IS-3384) applied @ 0.30 litre/sqm on prepared surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall or concrete wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep for inserting membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced elastromeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 as approved by GE in writting on top of roof surface in three coats @ 10.76 ltr /10 Sqm. One coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3 :1 i.e. 3 part of water proofing liquid and one part of water) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid. The dry film thickness of complete allocation/ system should not be less than 600 micron. The treatment shall be carried out through authorised representative of manufacturer and application shall be carry out by the mechanical sprayers complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in the same position. after cleaning , complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 ltr but not exceeding 1000ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in the same position, after cleaning , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel water tubing of 15 mm dia bore including all connections & removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel water tubing of 20 mm dia bore including all connection & removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel GI tubing 15 mm bore medium weight fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 18 above but except GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm bore mild steel GI tubing medium grade fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 20 above but except GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 20 mm bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness at any position or similar pattern of roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 28 above but except sheeting

S & F 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer or self tapping screw as in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.80 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.80 mm thick plain Galvanised steel sheeting as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 37 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair wind driven turbo ventilators of size 600 mm dia. The top portion should be made of aluminium with power coating, The shaft and varipitch should be made of stainless steel and aluminium respectively alongwith heavy quality ball bearing system without FRP base complete all as specified and directed. Make: SVC or equivalent make as approved by GE in writting.

S & F in repair wind driven turbo ventilators of size 600 mm dia. The top portion of cevilator should be made of aluminium with power coating, the shaft and varipitch are made of stainless steel and aluminium respectively alongwith heavy quality ball bearing system without FRP base compitable with existing roof sheet complete all as specified and directed.Make: SVC or equivalent make as approved by GE in writting.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mineral fibre false ceiling system of size 600 mm x 600 mm and 15 to 16 mm thick having pattern classic lite RH 99 (bevelled tegular) of approved make and model including grid system using hot dipped galvanised steel section, exposed surface with pre-powder coated capping, main runner and cross runner and to comprise main tee/runner of size 15mm x 38 mm (load carring capacity 14 kg/sqm) spaced @ 1200 mm c/c securely fixed to the structural soffit and flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tee/runner to be interlocked between main runners @ 600 mm centre to centre from 1200mmx 600 mm module, cut sub cross tee/runner 600mm require independent support. Wall angle of size 19mm x 19mm, secured to the periphery of the wall @ 450 mm maximum from centres. The above grid is suspended at every 1200 mm centre to centre in both direction and starting from wall at the distance of 350 mm from wall by using 3.50 mm dia aquline wire with suitable fasterners and hook clip complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 15 to 16 mm thick of size 600 mm x 600 mm mineral fibre false ceiling board of pattern classic lite RH 99 (bevelled tegular) on existing grid system complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves, gutters and rain water pipes of any size and pattern including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with mild steel clamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 47 above but except pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC pipes 160 mm bore single socketed in any length of pressure rating @ 4 Kg/Sqcm with or without rubber ring joints fixed to Hanger walls complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 50 above but except pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC SWR bend/shoe of any radius suitable for 160 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing debis / building materials etc. to a distance of exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 5 Km, and depositing out of MoD land including loading, unloading complete all as specified and directed
