Dismantling of pole any type for street light / strut pole embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Erection of steel tublar pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (cement :coarse sand : stone aggregate foundation including excavations etc as required

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure withcover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Providing and fixing 16/0.20mm (0.50sqmm) twin flat flexible, FR PVC insulated, copper cable, in PVC sleeve of suitable size on the floor/ wall, or pole etc. as required.

Supply Supply steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long, all as specified

Providing and installation of street light fitting 70 watt LED type complete with all as specified

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV /HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts,bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finishpaint etc. as required

Supply, fixing and connecting MS junction box of size 250x200x150 mm made out of MS sheet 16 gauge, duly powder coated ( inside and out side ) complete including MCB SP 16 Amp with 4 Nos Al bus bars of 25 mm x3 mm size, fixed on porcelain support with hinged cover & locking arrangement fixed to electric pole by means of clamps of MS flat iron 25x6mm with bolts,nuts and washers of suitable complete all as specified & directed.
