Description

Installation

Ceiling Suspended Ducted AC. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 5.5 TR ceiling mounted air-cooled ducted unit with scroll compressor, efficient heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, suitable for Cooling only complete in all respects including eco-friendly refrigerant.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning including vaccumization and Nitrogen testing of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping sutable for ducted AC system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required.

Copper pipe (10 mtr for suction and 10 mtr for discharge) for 5.5 TR with nitrile insulation.

Cable to be laid from point of incoming supply to indoor/ outdoor unit and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Clamps for holding cable to be provided at each meter.

EARTHING

Supply, Installation of Out Door Stand. Condenser frame structurally angle of suitable size for outdoor units made of structural MS and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of color same as that of condenser unit.

Supply and installation of pre-fabricated/ site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular planum complete with canvass connection, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. The planum will be powder coated on outer surface in colour same as that of indoor unit or in white colour. The planum will be insulated from inside with nitrile rubber at slno. 10 below.
