Repair and renovation to Qadam-e Rasool Masjid, Darghabazar, Kataka for the year 2026-27 (Such as grill fixing around of Holy ponds and other places, cement concrete pathway to Masjid and other misc. works)

Dismantling brick or stone masonry upto 3.0m height including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris away from work site within 50m. Lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in Excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil up to the required depth including Moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing, leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with initial leads and lifts, T&P shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, & filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc., complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing, centering & shuttering for covering columns, scaffolding etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with sundries, T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 12mm to 20mm hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing, centering & shuttering for covering columns, scaffolding etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with sundries, T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-20 Grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS516 using 20mm down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per the design mix of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction by using vibrators, watering, curing for 28days, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rod or tor steel and binding wires & labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Rod or tor steel (TATA/ SAIL/Vizag/ Zindal etc)including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (payment will be made on standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Fly Ash Brick masonry using Fly Ash Bricks (25cmX12cmX8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm with dimensional tolerance +2% in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in FOUNDATION, PLINTH AND BASEMENT and for ornamental flower beds, plinth molding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, cutting, circular molding, corbelling, watering, curing etc. including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonry using Fly Ash Bricks (25cmX12cmX8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm with dimensional tolerance +2% in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in SUPERSTRUCTURES in all floors including splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering, curing, including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
