Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302, 304 and 1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases including carriage of matereials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto any lead, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other rexes imposed by the Goverment.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement is to three coarse sand six graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal ( Twenty millimeter size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) and curring complete inluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing specfication clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 , design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement is to two coarse sand four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal ( Twenty millimeter size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) and curring complete inluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing specfication clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 , design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in Parapet using plain cement concrete grade nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (One cement isto Two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size per cubic metre for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification 1608.3 and section 800, 1200, 1400 and 900 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (twenty five kilogramme) each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimeter to twenty two point four millimeter) Grading-III size [75mm( seventy five millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point eighteen) cubic metres per 10 Sqm (per ten square metres) and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer–in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-II size [75mm (seventy five millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero) cubic metres per 10 sqm (per ten square metres) and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer–in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm ( zero decimal ninety - one decimal two kilogram per square meter ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. with in all leads, lifts, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, gst or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kgs (Zero decimal Two Seven Five kilograms) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, Gst or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of type-A 13.2mm (thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm (five decimal six milimetre) crushed stone aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (Zero point twenty seven cubic metre), premix with bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity Grade ten) at the rate of 14.6 kg (Fourteen point six kilogram) per ten square metres of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared bases including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plan 30/40 (Thirty/Fourty tonne) per hour capacity of transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and rolling complete with three wheel roller 80-100 (Eighty - Hundred) Kn static roller finished to required level and grade as per MORD technical specifications clause No. 506 including hauling of materials labour and equipment required to execute the work at site of work with in all leads, lifts, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, gst or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B seal coat using VG-10 (Ten) bitumen at the rate of 6.8 kg ( six point eight kilogram) premix with 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic meter of fine aggregate per 10 (Ten squere meter) heated in minimum hot mix plant and laying manually mixed meterial and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity as per MORD Technical Specification Clause-508 as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, gst or other taxes imposed by the Government.
