Taking down/dismantling LED street light fitting any type any description from pole and refixing after minor parts repair to make fitting serviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in repair true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-31), 09 meter long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including painting blue(sky blue) strips of 15 cm width in alternate layers up to 1.2 mtr above the ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, Earth work and PCC etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m in depth but n exc 3.0 m; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm gradded stone aggregate for Cement concrete in foundations , filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing in soft/loose soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr and spray of herbicide chemical to stop the growth of grass and bushings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for trimming/cutting/chopping of tree branches all around LT/HT over conductor upto two meter and removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for gravel, hard and preferably rounded with specific gravity not less than 1.6, free from clay, sand, loam and organic impurities of any kind,acid solubity not more than 10% for gravel size 10mm or larger and 5% solubility for gravel size smaller than 10mm, particle size 20mm-30mm comlete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HDPE liner sheet heavy duty black colour, min thickness 250 micron including jointing and 10 cm over lap material complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair acrylic sign board of size 2.00m x 0.75m x 0.3m fabricated with an MS angle 25mmx25mmx3mm with front side acrylic signing sheet thickness of sheet 4mm with written letter and symbol, made out of 3mm thick film pasted from inside with required coluring and other side of board providing with sheet including inside providing LED light 20W 2feet long 2numbers with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire 4 m long complete with fixing arrangment on wall/roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of LED road way light fitting luminaires ,comprising of made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with low power LEDs, direct modular IP lens, enclosed with glass cover in frame , IP-65, 45 watt LED with 120LM/W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of LED road way light fitting luminaires ,comprising of made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with low power LEDs, direct modular IP lens ,enclosed with glass cover in frame , IP-66, 60 watt LED with SPD 10 KV , efficiency 120LM/W complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for pole factory made, dust proof, vermin proof , out door type Polycarbonate boxs not less in size 200x300x105 incl MCB SP 6 Amps,, 4 nos aluminium bus bar, insulator,GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc with and including FI clamp made out of 30 mmx 3 mm , nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Street light bracket made out of 25 mm dia GI light grade pipe 1.2 mtr long bend to shape 120 degree and duly fixed alongwith existing pole/bldg with the help of 2 Nos of MS clamp of sizes 32x3 mm including suitable size of bolt ,nuts, and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HDPE pipe double wall corrugated 20 mm dia and duly fixed alongwith existing pole/bldg with the help of 2 Nos of MS clamp of sizes 32x3 mm including suitable size of bolt ,nuts, and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out lantern carriage of high mast light fitting with the help of integral power tools for repair and maintenance of unserviceable parts of any capacity including repair of winch power tool double drum and servicing and greasing of motor of highmast including replacement of minor defective parts with new parts (Major items shall be measured and paid seperately) and made the fittings serviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED aviation obstruction light in red colour with 48 W capacity by lowering the lantern removing the old light and refixing the newly one and raising the lantern in same position with coonected accesssories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper conductor of size 5core, 2.5 Sqmm rubber insulated and cotton braiding over the laid up cores pvc sheathed flexible type for highmast trailing rubber cable including removal of old cable and reconnecting with proper size of thimble and connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair three phase motor of capacity 1 HP with reverse and forward moving ,6 pole single speed suitable for high mast complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC/Black bitumin road of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Old serviceable bricks obtained from item here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old serviceable/unserviceable LT UG cables of size 10 to 95 Sq mm 3.5/4 Core from trenches, poles/walls/ducts and floor including taking out old unserviceable/serviceable bricks covers/GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing or re-laying (after necessary repair/jointing) the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of following sizes laid in trenches or fixed on walls/floor/pole complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 10 sqmm to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 core.

Supply and Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of the following sizes laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and as directed :-

(a) 10Sq mm 4 core

(b) 16 Sq mm 4 core

(c) 35 Sq mm 3.5 core

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of 50/40 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under existing road surfaces / floors at a level not less than 0.60 mtr etc with using mechanical / or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Cost of equipment tools and plant material (horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by contractor at no extra cost to the Govt.

S & F in repair HDPE pipe double wall corrugated pipes of inner dia 50 mm inner dia fixed along with pole/wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB thermal magnetic adjustable type 80 to 100 % of the following sizes on existing LT panel board including dismantling and taking out of old unserviceable MCCB from the LT panel board complete all as specified and directed.

(a) MCCB 4 pole , 160 amp rating of 25 KA.

(b) MCCB 4 pole , 125 amp rating of 25 KA.

(c) MCCB 4 pole , 100 amp rating of 16 KA.

(d) MCCB 4 pole , 63 amp rating of 16 KA.

M&L for replacement of straight through jointing kit suitable for LT 1100 volts cable (earthed) for out door , heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :- (a) 25 to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fixing nature switch complete with timer , contactor, relays and suitable rating MCB s for incoming and out going in built in suitable sheet metal enclosurr of single phase integrated models of cpacity 5 KW single phase, IP54 including taking down/out old unserviceable nature switch complete all as specified and directed.
