Right Hand Head Regulator (Gate Size -8.00X4.30 mtr.)

Greasing, Oiling of all components of lifting mechanism of gate (excluding rollers) after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple as required including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 7.

Applying cardium compound on steel wire rope, rope drum of gate after proper cleaning including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding with safety arrangement required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 7.

Replacing, filling gear oil in radicon reduction gear box (radicon or elecon unit) after proper cleaning including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 7.

Replacing broken/ missing/damaged bolt, nut of hydro mechanical equipment after proper checking of bolt, nut including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work from gate no. 1 to 7.

Greasing of rollers of gate after cleaning replacing grease nipple stud/cap as required including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion and work.

Repairing of reduction gear unit by dismantling, opening and replacing of damaged packing seal and other material required in place of damaged one by new one, assembling, fitting, refilling gear oil in radicon unit including cost of al material, labour, T&P and testing required for proper completion of work.

Rectifying defective alignment of gate by adjusting length of steel wire rope and other allied work as required including cost of all material, labour, T&P, jigs and fixtures, scaffolding etc as required for proper completion of work. Gate no. 1,4,6.

Repairing of 3 phase 415/440 V.L.T. panels after dismantling, cleaning, replacing, damaged/burnt spare parts, reassembling, fitting and testing at site including cost of material , labour and T&P etc. Gate: 2, 4, 5 & 6.

Repairing of back guide roller by detaching it from gate opening side, side cover plate of both side, welding, turning, facing and polishing of cover plates and rollers and roller shaft as required, then making groove on cover plate for water seal, making connecting stud holes assembling with bearing as per sample, water seal, gas kit, rubber packing, greasing, fitting complete with all labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work with changing new bearing. Gate no. 1,2,4,6,7

Replacement of 7.5 HP Reversing starter on the head regulator of bijnor barrage including cost of all material, labour, T&P, etc as required for proper completion of work at gate no. 1 to 7.

Replacement of 32 amp T.P. Switch on the head regulator of bijnor barrage including cost of all material, labour, T&P, etc as required for proper completion of work at gate no. 1 to 7.

General repairing and servicing of central hand drive unit system by detaching, dismantling & changing required damaged/broken, spare parts and reassembling, refitting, greasing and testing including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

New making damaged broken teeth of drum gear lifting hoist system & damaged teeth chiselling teeth drilling holes in old holes in drum gear for making threads fixing studs welding cost steel cost iron electrode for making new teeth chipping grinding and finishing ad per required size and shape including cost of all material labour and T&P etc.
