Taking down cement plaster on any description including scrubbing down with water and prepare to receive new plastering.

M&L for 15 mm thick water proofing cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smoth with out using extra cement.

M&L for Applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not.less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non Woven polyester matt weighing not.less than 150o Centigrade , having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5 cm in longitudnal and transverse direction respectively of the reinforcement, tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10 cm side over lap and 15cm over lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /sqm over the membrane a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg per sqm all as specified.

Material and labour Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs , cleaning out wetting,grouting with cement and sand slurry in Cement mortar 1:1 with water proofing compound.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store boreof pipe in 20 mm.

Refixing old steel tubing and connection in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) bore of pipe in 20mm .

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store bore of pipe in 15mm.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S&F Gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed , bore of pipe 20mm.

Demolition of existing concrete tank staging work building height upto 15 mtrs removal of demolished items disposed outside of Stn,cleaning the surface 15mm thick roof plaster,concrete where required prepare the area for tank staging work complete all as directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tank and similar works including fixing to channel section using MS bearing hinges to frame confirming to Fe-290 grade-E-165applying one coat of redoxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint for complete iron work complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position . Capacity of tank 500Lts.

S&F in Repairs PVC Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 Liter (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and Dismantling water tanks and removing to store.
