Constructing brick masonary surface drain with bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including earth excavation , 10cm thick bed concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse and : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) for filling haunches including 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with a floating coat of neat cement inside the drain, its top and exposed side and 12mm thick external plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including connection to existing drain and disposal of surplus earth - a) 30 cm drain 50cm average depth

Providing , fabricating and fixing M.S. iron grating as under. - I) Fabricating surface drain grating (in length of 600 x 300mm) with 20 mm x 5mm thick M.S. flat welded to 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm thick angle frame at 10mm interval, 2 Nos. hold fast on both side of grating angle frame shall be welded with angle frame setting with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarge send) true to level as required for basement drain.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 2.5 TR Hi Wall type split airconditioning unit suitable to operate from 230±10% volt, 50 Hz, 1 phase power supply, with air-cooled evaporator with coil, fan, and fan motor, aircooled condenser with hermetically sealed rotary/ scroll compressor, condenser coil, propeller fans controls, control panel, Including control wiring, necessary power cable, M.S. frame duly painted to locate Outdoor Unit etc. The Unit should be at least 3 Star rated (on the date of procurements the minimum EER value of the units should be as per BEE Standard ). The Refrigerant pipe size and gas quantity should suit to the copper pipe length at actual. The capacity guarantee should be ensured by the vender

Conducting Soil bearing test on site 1.sinking 2nos. boreholes down to 6m depth or refusal, whichever is earlier, by augar drilling method. 2. Conducting standard penetration test and collecting disturbed and undisturbed samples. 3. Recording gruond water table, if met with. 4. Determination of Liquid and Plastic limits. 5. Determination of Natural moisture content and bulk density. 6. Grain Size analysis. 7. Shear tests. Including Supply of Data as Below: i. Type of foundation to be adopted. ii. Recommended Depth of Foundation. iii. Allowable net bearing pressure values.

Conducting topographical Survey on site and Submitting the data in autocad and PDF format to Architect and MCG as per complete satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing, fixing,Installation, testing and commissioning of automatic voltage stabilizer with inbuilt time delay relley suitable to operate on 230 plus /-10% Volt, 50 Hz, three phase power supply with digital display of voltage and Ampere for input and output power complete as required.(Fixing of Plug tops are in scope of Contractor)
