Earthwork excavation in all type of soil, murrum, after clearing of vegetation and debris (to be segregated and kept separate from the reusable earth) including loading, carting away from the site, unloading and dozing at disposal yard etc. complete as directed by EIC. FOR FGL to 2M depth. Rate shall include for excavation and disposal of earth within the campus as and where required and as directed by EIC either by manual or by mechanical means, including loading & unloading, necessary equipments, tools & plants, dressing to proper level and grade as required, dumping the soil within the campus on the ground , taking necessary precautions to prevent any spillages or spoiling of the campus roads during removal & transporting the soil, all consumables including removal of soil excavated extra by the contractor for providing shoring & strutting, extra working space as required for any kind of works etc complete, as directed (LEAD UP TO 1 KM)

SOLING Providing and laying, dry stone soling hand packed including ramming and compacting with hand rammers (size 150mm-230mm) before laying of mud mat

MUDMAT Cast in situ of concrete work of nominal mix concrete M7.5 grade (1:4:8) nominal maximum size of stone aggregate 40mm volumetric batching up to plinth level including curing but excluding formwork costs.

Providing and laying in position ready mix concrete M-15 (1:3:6) in RCC for all types of structures including proper vibration and curing including broom finish if required but excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement etc all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of EIC. With contractor's RMC plant (including transit mixers, concrete pump / crane).for concreting below FGL (including cost on account of cube tests and quality control)

Providing and laying in position ready mix concrete M-25( 1:1.5:3) in RCC for all types of structures including proper vibration and curing including broom finish if required but excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement etc all complete as per drawing ,specification and direction of EIC for concreting below FGL & above FGL upto(including cost on account of cube tests and quality control)

REINFORCEMENT Supplying, cutting, Bending to shape, fabricating, fixing and tying in postion TMT Reinforcement Steel of Fe 500D Grade at all levels and location as shown in the structural drawing. The reinforcement shall be of an approved brand viz. TATA/SAIL/VIZAz or equivalent and the rate shall include cost of supply & tying reinforcement with 18 guage GI building wire in the reinforcement rate. The unit rate shall also include cost of all related operations VIZ. inputs of labour, materials tools and tackle, equipment, machinery etc complete. for measuremnt purpose actual quantity for reinforcement bars provided and authentic laps or couplers provided shall be considered.

Structural steel Providing ,cutting ,fabricating, drilling, erecting, riveted, bolted, welded connections, hoisting and placing in position MS structural steel composed of channels, beams,Tubular Hollow sections, Hoists, Angles, Braces,Foundation Bolt, Anchor Bolts for supporting system including cost of all materials, consumables, labour, applying one coat of red oxide primer, one coat anti corrosive paint. complete in all lead and lifts as per drawings and specifications and / or as directed by EIC. up to desired height in Columns, Beams, trusses, purlins, rafters, staircases where ever required. Details as per structural drawing for any span.

Back filling with Granular Sub-Base (GSB) Supplying from approved source and Laying graded Granular Sub base of specified and approved geotechnical parameters in embankment or depression in specified layer thickness of maximum 250mm, watering and compacting each layer with specified and approved machinery, tools and tackles etc including 10T rollers., to achieve Optimum Moisture Content so as to give specified compaction density not less than 98% Maximum Modified Dry Density at Optimum Moisture Content determined in accordance with IS 2720 part VIII etc complete as per MoRTH Specification and approved design drawings including Quality Control testing, maintenance and protection as directed by and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

STEEL WORK

Providing & fixing of stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels etc including welding grinding,buffing ,polishing & making curvatures & fitting the same with necessary stainless nuts & bolts complete i.e fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners,stainless steel bolts etc of required size of the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangements as per approval of engineer in-charge.

Vitrified Tiles Providing & LAYING OF VITRIFIED TILE 10mm thick (600x600) WITH 3mm SPACERS Laying VitrifiedTiles for flooring laid over 20 mm thick cement mortor in 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) in approved pattern as per drawings or as directed by EIC, including cleaning and preparing the surface. Ceramic Tile Floor Providing and laying homogenous ceramic tiles of approved make, colour and size 8mm thick, including 20mm thick backing coat plaster in 1:6 cement mortar, fixed with neat cement paste including providing sealing the joints with approved quality white cement mixed with approved colour to match the tiles colour or approved grouting materials including scaffolding, curing, cleaning etc. complete as directed by EIC. LAMINATED WOODEN FLOORING Providing and fixing 12mm thick grade AC IV laminated floor herring bone wood with plank size 900 and laminate of approved shade as per manufacturer's catalogue including the cost of PVC sheet, Foam subfloor 2 mm thick and cost of perimeter runner strip and door profile.(standard branded quality) The cost to include all materials, labour, lead, lift, wastages, required finishing, etc. complete, as per the instructions and as per Specifications and Drawings.

WOOD WORK

DOORS SOLID LAMINATE WATER PROOF DOOR SINGLE LEAF Providing & fixing of 32-35mm thick Solid Laminated door with single shutter as per details. * The door shutter shall consist of 45mm thick solid cored water proof flush panel. * The door shall be finished on both sides with 1.0mm thick laminate of approved shade cladded with grooved as per design. * 6-10mm thick teak wood lipping to be provided alround the shutter finished with melamine poilsh or paint as directed by EIC. * The rate shall include 5mm thick clear glass of specified size and shape (vision panel) with necessary deep etching/bevelling complete as per design and drawing and as directed by EIC. * Grooves to be filled with epoxy based bal grout of matching / contrast shade. * Provided with four no. 100mm SS hindges. uPVC Window Providing and Fixing factory made standard quality uPVC casement/sliding window , made of extruded profiles. Profiles of frames and sash will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanised steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasteners, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only Glazing to be paid separately.) Providing and fixing float glass panes 3.5 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) thick in doors, windows and clerestory window shutters. (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside rebate shall be measured).

HIGH PRESSURE COMPACT LAMINATE PANELLING Providing and fixing Decorative high-pressure compact laminates in panelling conforming to EN 438 6:2005 with thicknesses of 6 mm (± ¼ in) or greater for outdoor applications.(UV stabilised) Sheets should consist of layers of wood-based fibers (paper and/or wood) impregnated with thermosetting resins and surface layers on both sides, having decorative colors or designs as required by architectural designing. A transparent topcoat is to be added to the surface layers and cured by Electron Beam Curing (EBC), to enhance weather and light protecting properties. These components are to be bonded together with simultaneous application of heat (R 150° C / R 302° F) and high specific pressure (> 7 MPa) to obtain a homogeneous non-porous material with increased density and integral decorative surface for . Laminate to be of Fire-Retardant grade (EDF). Panels are to be installed by fitting their profiled horizontal edges into continuous aluminium rails. Panel edges are to be designed to mask the aluminium profiles used to install the compact laminate panels. Cost to include sub structure / framing , as per requirement.

GLAZING / FACADE WORKS CURTAIN GLAZING SYSTEM Designing , providing and fixing of Facade glazing following Stick curtain wall system with vertical steel insert as support for mullion. Stick curtain wall system shall consist of extruded aluminium mullions and extruded aluminium transoms with capping, using pre-fabricated aluminium sub-frames, site fixed with brackets, necessary sealant, flashing and complete with interfacing. Galvalume Sheeting Providing & Fixing Colored powder coated high rib sheets roofing (thickness of sheet in mm: 0.55 TCT) curved as per sections /architectural drawings including Eave gutters, downspouts, Gable trims, corner flashing, drip trims, foam closures (inside and outside) and all necessary flashings 0.5mm prepainted (Color to be established during detail engineering stage).and fixing with polymer coated bolts, and nuts, GI plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers and necessary waterproofing sealants etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

15 MM THICK PLASTER IN 1:4 CM Providing and applying average 15 mm thk cement plaster in single coat incement sand mortar 1:4 to all EXTERNAL surfaces AND INTERIOR OF OUTER WALL at all levels including surfacepreparation, staging, scaffolding and providing & fixing 20 Gauge 150mm widechicken wire mesh at all concrete & brickwork joints and roughening the surfaceas directed.

12 MM THICK PLASTER IN 1:4 CM Providing and applying average 12 mm thk cement plaster in single coat incement sand mortar 1:4 to all internal and external surfaces at all levels including surfacepreparation, staging, scaffolding and providing & fixing 20 Gauge 150mm widechicken wire mesh at all concrete & brickwork joints and roughening the surfaceas directed.

APEX PAINT Providing and applying Acrylic based (Apex) paint of approved make and colour over the external surfaces at all levels inclusive ofsurfacepreparation by scrapping the surface and applying withacralycreadymade putty of approved brand as per manufacturer'srecommendations,filling cracks with approved crack fill material suchas Sunfilla orequivalent, applying sealer or primer coat as recommendedby manufacturerand applying two finishing coats, cleaning the floorsurface aftercompletion of work, etc. complete as directed.

PLASTIC EMULSION PAINT Painting, two or more coats with Dulux paint of Spectrum / Nerolac or Equivalent make and approved shade on internal walls and ceilingsasrequired to give an even shade including preparing the surface,applying primer coats, etc. complete all to the satisfaction of EIC.

GYPSUM FALSE CEILING Providing and fixing gypsum false ceiling with work of POP / putty finish .Providing & fixing suspended false ceiling using 12.5mm thick Indian gypsum boards confirming to IS 2095-1982 and GI framework of Gyp steel or approved equivalent comprising of following. 1. GI perimeter channel of 0.55mm thick having one flange of 20mm, another of 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to brick wall partition along periphery of ceiling with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm c/c 2. GI intermediate channel ( size, 45mm web, two flanges each of 15mm & thickness 0.9mm ) suspended from the soffit / ceiling at 1200mm c/ c spacing. 3. GI ceiling sections of 0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges each of 26mm with leaves of 10.5mm fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip at direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at spacing of 600 mm c/c, . to Be finished with Jointing tape and Jointing compound including application of One coat primer as Per Gypsum board Manufactuerer specification. The rate quoted shall include making cut outs for fixing light fittings, grills, diffusers, speakers, smoke detectors, sprinklers etc.Cut outs have to be made with provision of the frame along perimeter of the cut outs/ opening with channels/ ply to support the ceiling adequately. Accoustic Grid Ceiling Providing and fixing Mineral Fibre Board moduler Ceiling manufactuered by USG / Armstrong / Saint Gobain India Ltd or equivalent make as approved by Architect in Tegular edge Mineral textured tiles with approved surface pattern of size 600mm X 600mm x 15 mm having Noise reduction Co-efficient 0.6 light reflection over 75%, Relative Humidity 95%, Suspension system of Silhouette reveal profile grid system with 15mm wide flanges incorporating a 3 or 6 mm central recess of colour all white or all black or white with black as directed, Silhouette main runners and cross tees to have mitred ends and "birdsmouth" notches to provide mitred cruciform junction, fixed to the structural soffit by Butterfly clip hangers, suspension wires & anchor fasteners as per the manufacturer's specification, Suspension wires to be provided at every 600mmm c/c with two nos of ties on each anchor fastener, Perimeter trim of Trulok wall angle in white colour secured to wall at 450mm maximum centres. POP WORK Providing and applying POP punning to walls of avg. 2mm thickness to line level and plumb including surface preparation; required punning to be undertaken and completed in workman-like manner, to ensure desired finishing standards, as directed by EIC.

KHATAMBANDI CEILING - Providing and fixing of Khatambandi Ceiling over 12 mm ply board including framework of 50x50 mm joists of budloo wood, including cornice and polish asd per to desired shape/pattern as directed by EIC

Providing 150mm wide cemented moulding (thickness as per design) around window frames as per the architectural drawomg and design in 1:2 mix. The rate shall include the cost of reinforcement in the form of nails as required including scaffolding ,upto 4 floor 4 level

Providing and fixing POP decorative moulding / cornice as per the drawing complete of size 50x50mmmm wide including surface preparation; required punning to be undertaken and completed in workman-like manner, to ensure desired finishing standards, as directed by EIC..

Providing, fixing and applying Plaster of Paris (POP) moulding around columns of size450-600mm wide and 50mm thickness from existing structure and mesh , finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports, scaffolding etc. as required complete. including surface preparation; required punning to be undertaken and completed in workman-like manner, to ensure desired finishing standards, as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing of wall paper of approved pattern & quality to wall surface including chemical & adhesives etc complete as per directions of EIC

Wallnut Wooden Panelling Providing & fixing of walunut wooden "dilla" panelling of thickness 15mm in frames and panells upto the height of 1200 mm with italian 50% matte & 50% glossy polishing of approved company of ( Sirca, asian paint etc) over 12mm thick plyboard sheets

GYM FLOORING Providing and fixing of Rubber flooring for gym area 22mm thick 600x600 mm tile or 600 x 900 mm size or rolls 1000mm x 10000mm, including adhisive and fixing of reputed company such as Apcotex India, IncStores etc.

GYM WALLS & COLUMN FINISH Providing and applying on Exposed raw wall & columns to be painted with Satin black & yello/neon paint .of approved quality & companyatleast 3 coats.

GYM & MEDITATION ROOM MIRRORS Providing & fixing of of 8mm thick of proper finish mirror of standard quality of any size as per the directions E.I.C.

Providing and fixing of steel trays for industerial interior design for the gym. 150mm x 50mm over which lighting & hvac shall be taken care.

Providing and fixing in position 1250/1200 mm height double skin wooden partition made out of Frame work to be 50X50X1.60mm thick aluminum section weight not less than 0.836 kg/rmt with maximum distance of 450mm c/c both ways(Horizontal/Vertical) or as directed. The spacing of the members may vary either side depending upon the site conditions as per approval of EIC. The partition shall be provided 12mm thick exterior grade HDF/MDF board to be fixed over the frame work on both side.approved make on both sides finished with 1.0mm plain high gloss laminate of approved makes in combination and shade up to about 750mm height. The remaining upper portions of the partitions shall have 12 mm thick plain float glass with etching and polished edges of SAINTGOBIN/MODI/TRIVENI. Rate inclusive of beadings etc. complete in all respects.

EXPANSION JOINT Providing and fixing Horizontal & Vertical Internal expansion joints in RCC framed structure at all level with 50mm Mechanical Expansion Joint made up of aluminimum extruded sections with a detail arrangement below enabling fatening by stainless steel clips spaced at regular intervals as recommended by the manufacturer, including all the necessary accessories, as per the manufacturers specifications and drawings, Etc. complete as per instruction of EIC. The fixing of the expansion joints shall be carried out either by the main contractor under the supervision of their earlier or by the supplier directly. a) 90 mm wide flat (A) Supply and applying of polyurethane sealant ( sikaflex pro 3 WF / Sikaflex Pro 2 HP) in expansion joints of 50 mm/20mm sizes at all locations and elevations. Job includes providing and fixing of masking tape on either sides of the groove and over the Backing rod, placing of sealant, peeling off the masking tapes sticked
