M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep hole in structural members at the interval of 500mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-Charge in RCC structural element. Work shall b e carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes - Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles - Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzlesto be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing . Cure the system for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles - Cut the nozzles by chiser after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L cutting out cracks to 'V'section not exceeding 5mm in existing roofs walls by using machine cleaning the groove to remove all loose laitance & washing with water applying crack fillet Dr. Fixit crack-X Paste/Dr. Fixit crack X powder with the aid of a putty blade compete all as specified and directed.

M&L Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Upto and including 12mm dia.

Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns, beams, slabs and chajjas on external and internal facades etc beyond main r/f.(if required in the opinion of the consultant), carefully with chisel and hammer including relieving structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed load partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. Providing and applying "Rusticide SS' Rust passivator or equivalent as specified in the Brand names to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of r/f, cleaning, washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to exising r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrates complete as directed. Providing and applying 'Polyalk EP' or equivalent as specified in the brand names. Polymer modified cement mortar in required porportion (1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering.

M/LReplacement of steel reinforcement with TMT CSR bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Super fluid microconcrete-Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in beam bottoms, columns, slabs etc. including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates, water proof plywood/steel plate shuttering, pouring, tamping, consolidating, curing etc complete as per manufacturer's specification and consultant's instructions. The item shall be paid on actual consumption of microconcrete.

M/L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch- ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, column ,cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

Note : The application of paint to be done by the authorised applicator of Asian paints or equavalent make and contractor shall submit a written gurantee with the authorised dealer of 8 years for any type of colour fading, peeling, flaking, growth of fungus, seepage of water through the paint applied area of any other damaged to the paint. Also the dealer shall appoint a person to inspect and validate the application of the system in stage wise manner.

Material and Labour in replacement of sub main wiring with single core, PVC insulated unsheathed cables two run of 4 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including 25/32mm mm wide non metallic PVC conduit incl all accessories fixed on walls/roof/floors/ceiling etc with an earth wire of one run 4 sqmm copper wire earth continuity conductor connecting to existing main switch board \ Distribution Board and testing on completion etc including taking down old submain wiring of any type with conduit/cpaing casing and making good disturbed surfaces to match existing all as specified and directed. Note : Three runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC Caping casing 25/32mm width shall be measured as one run.

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

S & Fin replacement of GI earth strip of size 20x4 mm , earth strip fixed with insulator on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of old plastered surfaces on ceiling surfaces, incl washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc complete all as specified and directed.
