S&F in repair for galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2.00mm dia, barbs at 75mm spacing and straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embedded in pre-cast RCC fencing post or angle iron post, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each line wire to be measured separately.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/boulder/ PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches; pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast solid block masonry in precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in wall exceeding 10 cm in width and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 here-in-before but except PCC block complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old serviceable PCC block retrieved from item No.2 above shall be reused.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed , well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.6 here-in-before, but except stone. Note : Old serviceable stone retreived from item No.2 above shall be reused,

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with 40mm maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un re-inforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified .

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surface of plastered or unplastered of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L raised pointing in CM 1:4 to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Razor concertina coil, 610 mm dia. ( 50 spirals per coil) weight approx 8 Kg (+ or - 5%) expandable 6-8 mtrs, consisting of 2.6 mm dia. Heavy galvanised high tensile spring steel wire as per IS- 4454, Barb (Barb length 24 +or - 1 mm, pitch between two barbs 35 + or - 1 mm ) wade of 0.5 mm thick low carbon heavy galvanised cold rolled steel sheet as per IS-513, heavy duty steel clip as per IS- 2062 and Epoxy resin coating for anti- corrosion, including dismantling old fencing wire any type all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , including rafts, footings, foundation, beams, plinth beams, base for columns etc basement slab under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams such as cantilever, bressummers, lintels over1.50m span (lintel beams) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to side of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, rafts beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and similar work rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to sides of soffits of floors or roof beam, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc finished rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 24 above, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in concrete.) including making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel as in joist, channel angle, or tee section, fixed independently with connecting base plate etc as in fencing post, strut bend to shape, holes drilled/notches cut to receive MS bolts and barbed wire, embedded to concrete including tarring to steel work embeded to concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in wall, for embedding angle iron post including necessary form work etc. complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gate but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for framed work such as grills or grating etc with ends of bars shouldered as framed guard bars conforming to Fe-290 Gde E- 165 all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in, including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
