Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Amar Vihar, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Make of Lift - TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd) by regularly examining, lubricting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quaterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise and replacement of all unservicable components as covered in AMC, suitable for serving Ground+ Six floors i.e. total Seven landings with electric power operated steel sliding door installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts:- Amar Vihar :- Block No A Capacity of 8 Passanger lifts - 02 Nos Capacity of 08 Passanger lifts - 02 Nos (Total Qty = 02 Nos X 11 months= 22 per month)

Supply and fixing of 300mm sweep car cabin fan in lift with necessary accessories such as fins/ grills, nuts, bolts and wires, etc.including taking down old unserviceable fan complete all as specified and directed.(Make:- Bajaj/CG/Havells/Khaitan)

Supply and fixing exhaust fan heavy duty of size 300 mm sweep of 900 RPM, 230 volts, 50Hz, with louver of metal body, terbo force with copper wound for lift machine room including testing and assembling and making good the disturbed surface of walls and other required accessories including taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.(Make:- Bajaj/ Crompton/ Havells/Khaitan)

Supply and fixing of mirror size of 120cm x 80 x cm and 4mm thickness mirror with stainless steel frame inside the car cabin of lift including necessary fixing accessories on steel surface including taking down old unserviceble mirror complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for buffing for stainless stell surface inside of lift car cabin complete with using buffing machine and compound for buffing upto remove the dull outlook and rusted spots on steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs only sealed maintenance free battries of 18 AH capacity of 12 Volts for suitable in ARD system incl taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed. Make- Exide / Amaron / HBL / Amco)

Supply and fixing Indoor recessed type mounted LED luminaires round/square type light weight plastic body downlight fitting 5/6 Watt, CDL type fixing lift inside of cabin with all accessories 3 core copper wire for connection, making good the disturbed any type of ceiling and remove the UNSV fittings and all as specified and directed.
