Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches, pillar etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beddig not backing complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as, copings, benching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

5 mm thick rendering on ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair to receive tiles without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2(1 cement :1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed.

Forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (square/ rectangular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 450 x 7 mm/300 x 600 x 7-8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed and as approved by GE.

Granite slab 16 to 18 mm thick as in pillars, window cill, cooking platform and the like in cement motar 1:4 including painting in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with a mixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including cutting polishing and moulding on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantaling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 square metre not exceeding 2 square metre each complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixed in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC Moulded door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. Clause No. 8.B.1 to 8.B.10 and drawing on page No. 156 & 157 of MES SSR-2010 Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

35 mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, panelled shutters (two or more panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides, the side of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any discription exceeding 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any discription exceeding 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new wood or wood based surfaces of any discription not otherwise described exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of gully traps of any size and removing waste material etc. to a distance not exceeding 50 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:-The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Cleaning of SGSW pipes of any dia/bore by rodding from manhole to manhole or manhole to septic tank or vice versa and well flushing with water after cleaning and removing waste material etc to a distance not exceeding 50 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:-The cost for excavation and earth work for pits and taking off manhole cover and placing the same in position after cleaning, is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Cleaning of manholes not exceeding 1.5 m deep and removing sludge/waste material etc to a distance not exceeding 150 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-Charge. Note :-The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Cleaning cast iron pipes 100/75 mm bore by rodding with jute bags and well flushing after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of floor traps and removing waste material etc. to a distance not exceeding 50 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :-The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Cleaning of 'P' traps in WC and removing waste material etc to a distance not exceeding 50 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :-The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Sink mixture with regular swinging spout (wall mounted model) with connecting legs and wall flanges fixed "as in repairs" complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaquar /CERA or equivalent.

Health faucet (ABS Body) with 8 mm dia, 1.2 meter long flexible tube & wall hook with all accessories all as approved and fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaquar/CERA or equivalent.

Corner glass shelf with chromium plated guard rails fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaguar, Cat Part No : ACN - 1173

Plate rack made of stainless steel 785 x 760 x 250 x 0.63 mm including fixing as per manufacturers instruction fixed "as in repairs" complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bluestar or equivalent.

Plastic water closet seat cover white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild CP hings for pedestal pan in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Note : 1. Contractor shall be bounded to carryout repair/maint upto G+6 storey building and the rate shall be deemed including scafolding/double scafolding, safety equipments and misc accessories. Note : 2. (a) Contractors representative /Engineer will report to Engr-in-Charge/ concerned JE daily in morning to collect complain for routine/urgent works related to day to day maint till completion of contract. (b) All routine day to day/urgent jobs received on docket slip shall be attended within 24 hrs. If the nature of job is such that which can not be completed within 24 hrs, it shall be immediately brought in to the notice of Engr-in-Charge. (c) The period for working to the such complaints shall be decided by GE/Engr-in-Charge. If delay is more than 24 hrs and GE/ Engr-in-Charge is not satisfied with reason for delay in working then the penalty of Rs. 350/- per complain per day shall be recovered from the Contractor. (d) In case of any dispute arising from above, the decision GE shall be final and binding.
