M-150 brick work in one part cement and three part coarse mortar in superstructure including supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per S. I. No. 307+309.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 584.

Concrete with 2cm. Guage brick ballast fine sand of 2.25 F:M. and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 on top of wall including supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 279a.

Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of berger/JK Birla or similar make 2 coats. As per Ch. 15 new item no. 12.

Finishing wall with two coat of water proof cement paint weather coat of approved quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade including supply of all mateial, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per Ch. 15 new item no. 8.

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks. As per DSR Vol I Sr. No. 5.22.6.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire. As per DSR Vol II Sr. No. 16.17.1.
