Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and 1.5 mtr depth for getting out pipe, not exc 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old Cast Iron (CI) pipes 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old Cast Iron (CI) pipes 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Jointing and laying in trenches in standard length, centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron (DI) S/S pressure pipes of 200 mm dia, with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, nominal daimeter, Class K-9 classification, confirming to IS-8329 ISI marked , including pushon and rubber gasket joints and jointing necessary DI specials etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- DI specials/ fittings will be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

M&L for construction Brick Masonary valve pit of size 1200x1200x900 mm (internal dimension) one each brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in job foundation, renderring 15mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.15 mm thich MS Sheet valve pit cover , welded with 40x5mm flat iron frame all round including provision of hinges, handle with locking arrangement and 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame fixed on top of value pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedd-ed in PCC (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block of size 230x200x100mm applying two coats of anti- corrosive paint to all expossed steel surface over acoat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surfaces and necessay earth work in soaft/ loose soil includinding demolition of unserviceable value pit, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for horizontal boring under the road below 1 mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100 mm without damaging the existing road (Length upto 14 Mtr) getting out and including disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of internal dia upto 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.
