Replacement of wornout / damaged components of 15 HP three phase Induction motor unit no. 1 with allied works at pumping station Ritti Barta stage 0 . The job involves disconnecting all electrical connections, decoupling the motor from the pump, removing from the base plate. Dismantling the motor, extraction of the rotor and broken bearings. Replacement of damaged bearings with new one viz. 6308 and 6309 alongwith greasing work. Assembling of motor and fitment over the base frame together with replacement of nut ,bolts, washers , making of electrical connections, replacing worn out nuts, bolts and thimbles for the electrical connection. Replacement of the old / damaged coupling pulley set with a new one of same size and specifications. Alignment, leveling and coupling with pump. The job involves replacement of worn out cast iron sluice valve 3” with new sluice valve of same specifications. Testing of the machinery on no and on full load. Job includes cost of material, manual carriage charges, labour charges for skilled / semi skilled labour, hire charges for tools & tackles etc. Complete Job

Replacement of existing wornout 3” cast steel sluice valve on the delivery line of Kaghote stage 1st together with the pipe side flanges with new cast steel sluice valve and MS flanges as per the size of sluice valve complete with nuts, bolts,gaskets and welding works . Complete job includes cost of material , labour charges , carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc.

Replacement of damaged/worn-out components of 3000 GPH x 235 meter head H.C pump installed at pumping station Ramnagar stage 1st. The job involves disconnecting of electric supply, decoupling pump and motor, unfastening the pump from base frame, suction and delivery network and dismantling of suction and delivery assembly, shifting the same using tools and tackles, manual labour and mechanical transport to workshop. Dismantling the pump and extraction of internal assembly followed by replacement of impellers 4nos., diffusers 2 nos., diffuser bushes 5nos., impeller bushes 4 nos., protection sleeves 2 nos., neck rings 4 nos., gland plates with studs 2nos., bearing housing assembly at driving and non driving end, bearings on non driving end and driving end with corresponding new components as per samples. Brazing of 02 no. impellers including remetalling of pump shaft together with turning & finishing. Assembling the pump and shifting back to site using mechanical transport, manual carriage, tools & tackles. Replacement of old / damaged coupling pulley set with new one of same size and specifications alongwith nut-bolts and bushes. Lowering of pump on base frame, making alignment & leveling, securing with fasteners and coupling thereof, making of electrical connections including replacement of damaged / rusted flange bolts and rubber gaskets. Testing the pump set on no and full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, manual carriage charges, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately
