Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground, concrete, brick work, masonry etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Sikandra stone jali decorative design of approved pattern by GE including all carving and moulding of corners fixed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 grooves of stone pillars application with colouring to match with colour of jali including fixing of stone jali for all corners & lift complete including taking down old jali complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for stone pillar (Post) of size 100x100mm including engraving decorative design of approved pattern on two face and dome shape approved by GE, height of each post as per sikandra jali, making groove on two face of size 43x5mm for fixing of sikandra jali in cement and sand mortar 1:4 including taking down old pillars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 19.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable burnt clay / fly ash bricks retrieved from serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 5cm but not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified & as directed.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only 4mm dia mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 50mm x 50mm, size or type as directed complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins including taking down old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern with grey cement with pigment over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern with grey cement with pigment over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of ceilings including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over & including 1mm thick white wall care putty on walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) manhole cover and frame, medium duty (MD-20 grade designation), conforming to IS-12592, ISI marked, fixed in position as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&F for Endura Designer tile of size 300x300x10mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc over including 15mm screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.
