Special Repair of Paschimbad - Devkumar for the year 2026-27

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 4cm size C.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting, lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4") thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement & M-30 (Grade) PCC, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 20 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, compacting & curing), etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including construction of contraction, expansion and construction of joints.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lead up to 5000m by mechanical means and a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with PRR as per Technical specification & the Direction of the Engineer in charge.
