Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed
Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for surface channel and drain complete all as specified and as directed.
Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per item no.04 herein before but for each 25mm girth or part thereof over 30cm inner girth. Note : [ The above item shall also be applicable for price adjustment of rate if girth is under 30cm].
Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar for portion ordered to be dismantled complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) for cover slab set in cement mortar (1:4) as in manhole cover/drain cover including demolition of existing unserviceable RCC cover slab with MS handle complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per item No. 15 above but 6 to 8mm dia TMT bar.
Material and labour for mild steel TMT deformed bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hoocking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for 300x300 x25 mm thick PCC designer Pre-polished tiles (Factory made and approved size) as in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement with pigment over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix rolled mild steel of grade Fe 290 Gde E-165 quality framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling of old chain link fencing including flat iron, line wire complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of RCC posts or struts embedded in concrete any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per Item No. 24 above but embedded in natural ground.
S & F GI chain link fening size of mesh (100x100mm) dia of mesh 4mm etc & fixed to angle iron post complete including provdinng MS round bars & tying with chain link fencing all as specified. (Note :- MS rorund baar for holding the chain link fencing will be meassured separately.
Supply only mild steel round bars 10mm dia Fe 290 (Gde E - 165) as in line wire for holding chain link mesh complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix in repairs MS flat iron clamp, Angle posts and struts in fencing cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. Flat iron fillets (For securing chain link fencing etc) and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavation in post holes not exiting 0.5 cum, getting out returing, filling in and ramming earth and broken hard core/rubble mixed with earth with around the layers not exiding 25 cm each layers watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 cm making good complete
S&F mild steel bolts screw (machine made) with hexagonal or squre head at one end and scrw the other or screw both ends, each each screwed ends, to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squre nut exceeding 10cm and not exceeding 15 cm long and dia meter of shank 11 to 15mm, complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate for embedding posts and struts etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directedand fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling of galvanised barber wire from the existing fencing complete all as specified.
Supply and fixing galvanized, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbard with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing straing and fixing to any type of standerd rairs strainig bolts, including and tying at crossing with and provision of galvnized mild wire, staples or steel pins etc.complete all as specified and directed.( including distmantling of unservisable barberdd wire) (Each line of wire to be measured).
All as per item No 34 here-in-before but restringing and rescrubbing only including making good staple complete.
M&L Broken bricks hardcore of gauge nexc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layer nexc 15cm tk, watered and consolidated.
