Dismantling of floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( including backing) removing from site and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of vitrified ceramic tile light shade 8 to 10mm thick light shade (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm , over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface such as skirting / dado etc, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm thick or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. Exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including stone slab of any thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) , 75 mm thick finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including bitumen/mast filling in the joint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, leveling course or filling in foundation in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 20 -25 mm thick kota stone, machine cut kota stone slab flooring over 20mm cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 20 -25 mm thick kota stone, machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting, dado or in vertical surface including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
